My family has lived in those apartments for the past year. Dealing with roaches. Cars being on fire. The maintenance man do not show up to care for our work orders the management is so rude. And the apartments are not worth paying for. My family and i Moved to Northpointe and it's cheaper with a washer and dryer in the unit. Mountain Vista sucks. Worst experience

Awfull place to live they overcharge matinence doesn't do anything right no washer and dryer. See constant drug use. Hear constant gun shots. Not a safe apartments at all of you have kids a would not recommend moving here

I lived here for 6 months in a 1 bedroom apartment. Here is a list of issues I had. Heater failed immediately Fridge was extremely loud and constantly running compressor Toilet was cracked and moldy Bathroom Sink cracked and patched Neighbor footsteps and voices Loose fixtures Fridge handle loose Bugs of all kinds Thin walls Every footstep upstairs Someone tried to steal my gas. Hole in tank Bill pay website broke one month Lied about utilities price Boots stolen off porch Light switch shocked me every time Large deduction taken from deposit without being told why

I've really enjoyed living at Mountain Vista. Maintenance is wonderful and the Mountain Views from my apartment is so nice! I would recommend living here to any of my friends or family.

Josie has been incredible and very helpful throughout the whole move in process. She always kept us updated via email or phone, & we were always in the loop. We appreciate Josie and her hard work very much!

I have been struggling with the office and extra fees on my rent. I have had to go multiple times to the office and have called more times than I should have. All for them to take off fees that should not have been there in the first place. They are no longer answering my calls or emails, rent is due and they haven’t taken fees off so I can pay the rent. Very stressful.

Josie and all staff at Mountain Vista have been so helpful and great from the beginning. They are very understanding and willing to work with you.

I’ve lived at mountain vista for the past 3 years. I have never had an issue with the property! No pest control issues but I do keep my apartment clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful! And maintenance has always got to my work orders in a timely manner! I definitely recommend Mountain Vista if you’re looking for a new home!
