Blake’s do yourself a favor a shut this location down!! Super well done fries no potato left! Cheese less sandwich which I paid extra for. Should of left when they said the shake machine was down. A 28 minute wait for my food should have been plenty of time to get it right! So disappointed this is an ongoing virus in this location.

This is not acceptable I will not go to this location again they didn’t cook the meat fully. The workers need to stop being lazy and make sure the meat is fully cooked. This has happened to us more than 3 times. Get it together Lotaburger because we really enjoy your burgers.

Why take or should I say not take call-in orders when customers call and get put on hold for 15+ minutes and while I'm driving there waiting on speaker phone nobody is picking up to take my order; so, when I get there I end up just having to order at the drive thru all while I’m still on hold... the worst part about it is there are no other customers here; I'm the only one ordering right away; no line, no other customers, no other cars besides employees. Maybe it's a red flag that nobody else is here... duly noted; and, last visit due to your employees lack of motivation and customer service.

Have always liked Blake’s, but today was very disappointed when we opened up my dads chile. It looked like paste...not the traditional chile we’ve had there many times before and enjoyed. I understand that food isn’t the same after sitting for hours, and that’s why they should have thrown it out and made a new batch. We paid at 5:48 p.m. and got home at 6:00 and opened it up to find a nasty dry paste. Come on Blake’s...you can do better. I don’t ever complain but this chile was gross.

Came for the advertised chile dog. Did not disappoint, BUT got distracted watching the burgers being made !! Smell was incredible, toppings looked great 👍 This is my favorite Blake's. Workers are so accommodating and friendly.

They over charge you for the kids meals!!!Visited this location yesterday. I ordered my kids the chicken tender kids meals that come with fries and a soft drink for 4.99 I believe. When I was given the receipt their was no kids meals. There was 2 chicken tenders for 3.98each, 2 small drinks for 1.99each, and 2 medium fries for 2.49each. I asked the person behind the register why I was charged so much for kids meals and she had to get the manager. He stated it was because they do not offer chicken tenders in the kids meals any more……yet I ordered off the menu they provide service for and advertise for and it stated they do and when ordering I stated to the person taking my order I wanted 2 KIDS chicken tender meals!! And no one said anything til I asked why my meal was $10 more then it should have been…..so the chicken tender kids meal is really $8.50!!! And they do not offer any customer service to explain or right the wrong on their menu!

ordered online breakfast like i often do, went to pick up my order, construction on the street, no cars in the parking lot, store was shut down, closed, knocked on the window, tried the doors, no answer, called the store no answer. Called the corporate number, they said they would refund me. Great, i wasted my time going to the restaurant, but whatever stuff happens, except, never received my refund, i called again, Amy says, ill look into it, calls me back and says, we were definitely open. no refund... Why would i go through the trouble of calling corporate, twice. Terrible customer service, blakes is my favorite breakfast burrito but here i am writing a review for bad customer service. So sad that blakes is this bad at customer service,

Blake's tastes better than other burger places. Staff has always been polite. When they have me wait a little longer, I normally get fresh fries, which I appreciate it. I took off one star because I got cold fries from here once. The food here is normally pretty good, though. We're willing to wait for fresh fries, so just let us know it's gonna be a minute.

I went to order some breakfast burrito's for my son, and I was told that they were out of egg's and hash browns, so I ended up getting him a Lota combo with green chile and bacon,seasoned fries, and a large cherry Pepsi. I ordered the same thing, except for no green chile, and no bacon, with seasoned fries and a large Pepsi. And for my mom, a kiddie burger, and small seasoned fries, my total was $40.73. I guess what I will do the next time I go again, I will call them beforehand and ask them if they have egg's and hash browns!!!

The lota burger patty had shrunk in size and the food was not as good as it used to be, but lately it's been better. The drive thru is a little slow, so I have to make sure I'm not in a hurry.

The young woman that was working the drive through named Destiny was very rude. She rushed me to order and gave an attitude when my Girlfriend needed a little time to decide what she wanted. My drinks and food was handed to me like if she just wanted to throw them at me. Cup was not wiped down and is speckled with coke. I don't know if she's having a bad day but don't take it out on respectful paying customers.

At this location I have had several badly overcooked burgers & waited so long for them that they were cold, but today was the worst. I went through the drive up lane with only one car in front of me & no other vehicles in the parking lot. I waited for nearly 15 minutes for my order. The burgers were hastily wrapped, so I should have checked them in the parking lot, but didn't. When I got home this is the burger I got. Where is the patty you might ask. Well I asked that also. I called the customer number on the ticket, explained my problem. She transferred me to the store location. After I held for nearly 20 minutes, I got in my car & drove back to the location. There was NO ONE in the store nor in the drive up lane, four people at the back counter, & a cook up front, yet no one had answered the phone. As I complained, & I'll admit I was angry, a young lady from the back counter called out that the number on the ticket went to the call center. I told them that I had spoken to the call center & they transferred me to their location, but the phone was ignored. Then she said well they were very busy, which angered me more. I yelled out that yes I could see they were very busy since there was no on in the store nor anyone in the drive up lane. I yelled at them to answer their phone. Then the cook went to the back & a man, I assume the manager, came up front & refunded my money. When I got home, the phone was still ringing it had been over 40 minutes. This is the closest Blake's to me but I will not be returning to it. I will take my business elsewhere. I had to give this complaint one star to post it. Based on previous orders & the ghastly one from today it does not deserve any stars. It seems since your app was introduced, your walk in & drive up customers, which have always been your bread & butter, no longer deserve attention.

The inside lobby is always closed. And the drive thru is ridiculously slow. You order a call in and you still have to wait in drive thru line 30 minutes just to get your order

It's saddens me to see this place go downhill Like it has. Used to be one of my favorit spots for a tasty breakfast burrito or a tasty burger and fries. Now the food is average on its best day, service is bad, to many young high-school kids who don't give a ratsass. Don't get me wrong every once in awhile you'll find a good worker on duty and get a quality meal, but chances are not high.

I just came to this place for breakfast burrito I got it in a minute they gave me a preheated burrito. The only thing is that I do not recommend buying a burrito here in the morning because they're not fresh hopefully I don't get sick. Beware of this place.

My son and I hadn't been to Blake's in some time. So to celebrate our return, we both got the new double meat NM Style Lotta Burgers with fries. Let me tell you... The food, atmosphere, and very friendly staff made the "return" wonderful!!! The burgers were to die for!!! We'll be back!!!

I don't know what their service used to be like, but they have exceeded my expectations every visit. I've had breakfast, several lunches and even a dinner here over the last month. The food is well prepared, fresh and lines kept short everytime. One of the better Blake's, especially on this side of town!

The quality has gone down in the last 5 or 6 years. Still think that this is one of the best places for a breakfast burrito but there hamburger quality has more than definitely gone down. Unfortunately not all of this is the staff's fault a lot of this is due to the pandemic and other BS that goes along with it.

Recently visited this location. Payed more than $30 for my food. Whomever took my order was rude and pushy. I understand it's "Fast Food," however failing to pay attention and the continuation of "anything else? "Began to annoy me. I received my order; for starters The grilled cheese wasn't properly melted, (tasted awful) secondly I added green chili to one of my meals, and there was none (after requesting it, ) then the last item, a burrito was dry and hard. Management should properly train employees on customer service, and properly preparing the orders. I will not be returning to this location. Extremely disappointed.
