This location is always hit or miss. One time I received chicken that was not fully cooked. The manager offered to replace the meal. This incident was years ago. Since then I stopped a handful of times out of convenience and the food was good. My last visit this past Sunday was disappointing. We ordered Baja shrimp tacos which were slimy and saturated with sauce in a soggy corn tortilla. We also had a Baja Shrimp bowl which was equally as disappointing. We ended up throwing most of the meal away. Luckily we were having our meal at home because we were not even given napkins. I guess you got to ask for them?

Kathy is very rude she started yelling when my fiance opened a cabinet to get a fork because they took forever to provide customer service Line was long. Kathy went way over board in yelling telling h not to open the cabinet instead of just asking if she could help him with something.. when we first arrived people stood online for awhile before even being helped or acknowledged. No one was at the counter for several minutes some customers were saying hello is anyone in the back? Very poor service. We left and went to the Long john silvers on west Central..Staff was very courteous and went out of their way for Customers. Just a thought maybe this store could give Islets Staff some training. .

The drive through cashier was rude and kept telling me she couldn't hear me when I could barely hear her.

Place looks run down from parking lot to inside but service is good when not too busy and one of the better valley fast food places.

No hushpuppies , food was soggy greasy and disgusting even the fries were soggy . Saw a lady in the back drop a fish on the floor pick it up and put it back in the box glad it wasn't my order . Total waste of 30.00. Hope we dont get sick !!!!

This is one of the few locations that are still open. I like the menu and the prices. The quality of the food is very good.

This was was so cool, staff was friendly and very helpful. I love Malt vinegar and she hooked it up. Very nice staff and basically no wait time

Took a long time to just make my two tacos. And they did not swap it for coleslaw like I asked they made me buy a side for $3. All the other locations let me just swap the Cabbage for coleslaw. Overall the food is really good I get a craving for the tacos once in awhile I don't really go there besides that

The food is good. There used to be some awesome workers there. Now they're all cranky. Like cheer up Sharon life isn't that bad.

Food was fresh hot had wait on hush puppies but wasn't long. Asked for the crispiest and gave us all some. Was very good experience

Chicken was crisp, fries and hush puppies were good. The lady at the window was friendly and quick. Only complaint is she forgot my ketchup n I like ketchup with my chicken. It was still good eats without it.

Food was really good but the lady at the drive thru was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She sounded happy to have job and was just great. I really wish i got her name do i could've mentioned it oon here. Thank you so much!

We ate our meal inside the restaurant which was very clean! Awesome crew at that location.

When i got there only drive thru was open. I ordered and when i got home part of my order was missing. Very difficult to open every bag on a large order at a drive thru line. When i discovered the mistake after getting home i called but could get no answer. Please just be more diligent when filling each order.
