I went to the Jáchymov spa on a voucher from the health insurance company. The standard accommodation was in double rooms, I managed to get a single room here, but it can be a problem because they want a non-refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 before the insurance company approves the treatment. I applied only after approval by the insurance company without a reservation. Accommodation was in the Běhounek hotel, supplement 740 CZK/day. The food was at a top level, in the form of a buffet, everyone could take as much as they wanted and what they wanted. There was often venison, quality desserts and ice cream. The selection was great. The procedures were done well, the spa helped me a lot. However, it was clear that the spa was understaffed, often the employees had to step in for each other. I had a Ukrainian doctor who helped me a lot and was a great person. The buildings in the spa complex showed little investment in maintenance. Overall, great satisfaction, if there is an opportunity, I will visit the spa again. They are focused on problems of the locomotor system.

Jindra B: V dubnu letošního roku jsem absolvovala 16.lázeňský pobyt v Jáchymově. Bohužel tentokrát to bylo jedno velké zklamání. Příspěvková lázeňská péče vyšla na 32.150,- Kč. Cena pro nemocného důchodce dost vysoká, ale na zvacím dopise, ze dne 27.2. 2023, bylo uvedeno – zlaté členství, což podle informací na internetu znamená 15% slevy. Bohužel sleva žádná. Žádala jsem o vysvětlení paní Viktorovou, generální ředitelku ing. Zachariášovou, ředitelku obchodního oddělení paní Drymlovou i ředitelku LD Běhounek paní Štěpánkovou. Výsledek : změna vedení, změna pravidel, změna počtu bodů, pro všechny stejná pravidla ….... Ale klienti, kteří nastoupili léčbu poslední týden v březnu, slevy a s tím spojené benefity dostali. Panuje tu jeden velký chaos. Bohužel i mezi ošetřujícím personálem je cítit velké napětí a v místech chybějícího personálu vládne obrovský zmatek. Prostě zklamání a zklamání. Naopak velkou pochvalu si zaslouží prim. MUDr. Maršíková a fyzioterapeutka Zuzana Klatovská. Díky nim, měl můj pobyt i pozitivní stránky. Jelikož se zde ceny stále zvyšují a úroveň služeb klesá, stojí za zvážení, zda místo radonových koupelí, nezvolit raději rašelinu, rašelinové zábaly a jiné léčivé procedury, které nabízejí jiná lázeňská zařízení.

A very nice spa with nice surroundings and beautiful spa facilities. Pleasant walks around the area, including the Mlýnka area. Unfortunately, some corners of Jáchymov are not very picturesque and pretty. The houses are neglected and abandoned.

Es gibt wesentlich bessere Kurorte, wie Trenčianske Teplice und Číž kúpele. In Jachymov fühlt man sich wie nur eine Nummer und zum Teil unhöflich sein Personal. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr schlecht

Sehr schönes hotel, tolles Personal, super sauber. Aber sehr schade, Schwimmbad muss extra bezahlt werden.
