Update:
Unfortunately
google
will
only
let
you
post
if
you
put
at
least
one
star.
Because
I'd
like
to
make
this
0
stars.
The
manager
called
me
back
within
5
minutes
of
this
initial
post.
She
was
kind
but
questioned
me
on
why
it
took
me
so
long
to
reach
out.
First
of
all,
that
should
never
be
a
question,
you
have
no
idea
what
is
going
on
in
my
life.
She
told
me
that
"I
knew
this
was
a
model
call
seeing
the
price
was
heavily
discounted."
To
which
I
told
her
that
I
was
not
made
aware
of
that
and
that
is
not
what
Taylar
relayed
to
me
when
we
were
talking.
She
asked
for
screenshots
for
proof
of
my
correspondences
with
Taylar,
to
which
I
happily
emailed
her
way.
She
said
she
would
get
back
to
me
as
soon
as
she
looked
over
the
emails.
Well...it's
been
a
week
now
and
I
haven't
heard
a
peep.
My
hair
is
frizzier
than
ever,
even
after
blowdrying
it.
I'm
extremely
disappointed
and
disgusted
at
the
way
I've
been
treated
by
Oxana.
I'm
not
usually
one
to
speak
up
or
be
confrontational,
and
clearly
I
was
just
made
a
victim
to
their
little
games
by
doing
so.
If
I
ever
step
foot
in
Oxana
again,
it
will
be
to
speak
to
the
manager
in
person.
I'm
no
stranger
to
Brazilian
Blowouts,
I've
had
at
least
10
of
them
in
my
life
and,
including
this
one,
3
since
last
September.
I
saw
Taylar
post
on
Facebook
and
wanted
to
give
a
new
stylist
a
shot.
Once
I
got
there
and
she
was
explaining
to
me
that
they
don't
do
step
3
in
the
salon,
that
should've
been
red
flag
number
1.
Red
flag
number
two
was
how
rusted
her
flat
iron
was
and
how
it
was
snagging
at
my
hair.
Red
flag
number
three
was
the
width
of
the
pieces
she
was
flat
ironing
over
were
far
too
thick.
Red
flag
number
4
was
that
they
didn't
sell
any
of
the
bonding
sprays
to
upkeep
the
blowout.
I
could
keep
going.
I
get
these
done
6
months
apart,
at
least,
because
I
have
worked
really
hard
on
fixing
my
damaged
hair.
Taylar
offered
to
get
me
back
in
her
chair,
but
it
would
be
apps
6
weeks
after
this.
And
with
the
results
I
have,
I
a)
don't
want
to
add
even
more
treatment
this
close
together
and
b)
I'm
not
sure
I
trust
her
with
my
hair.
I
tried
calling
the
salon
and
they
were
skeptical
as
to
why
I
wanted
to
speak
with
a
manager.
My
hair
doesn't
dry
straight,
is
still
frizzy,
will
start
randomly
curling
after
blowdrying
it.
I've
never,
ever
had
results
like
this.
And
then
to
be
questioned
what
types
of
shampoos
and
conditioners
I'm
using
as
if,
again,
I
haven't
been
doing
this
for
years.
The
pic
of
my
hair
wet,
I've
never
ever
seen
my
hair
do
that
before
and
it's
concerning
to
me
that
it
looks
like
that.
