I made a appointment for October 26, 2023 @ 1:30pm to get a 6 month cleaning!!! However; I only got x-rays taken & no cleaning or fixing of, my fractured tooth. So, the Dentist and the benefits coordination; were not on the same page!?! The dentist stated that she would do my cleaning; however, the benefits coordinator stated that I would have to make another appointment!!! And, I told him that my time was just, as valuable as there’s. Needless to say, I was pissed & did not schedule another appointment!?!

Had my first appointment with Berry Hill Dental, scheduled for a cleaning. After an hour + of dinging around i get an estimate of $1500 for dental work. After I ASKED for a cleaning, the dentist ended up doing it however I had to ask for them to re do it since my teeth didn’t feel clean at all. It’s also a DSA

Dr. Lott told me I had over 10 cavities. I was ready to spend $2,000 to get them fixed, but my intuition was telling me that something was off. I went to my trusted dentist in my hometown, who told me I only had 2 cavities. There was absolutely no evidence of any other issues with my teeth. I was lied to at Berry Hill Dentistry, and I was nearly scammed. Unless you want to spend thousands of dollars to have your teeth needlessly drilled, do not go here. I’m very disappointed in this business’s greed and incompetence. If they give you a massive list of charges, please get a second opinion before giving them your hard-earned money.

I've been going to Berry Dental for years now and always have a great experience. Everyone is really nice and Dr. Lott does a great job of explaining what he's seeing in my x rays. I always feel cared for and never feel like I'm being scammed, which I've experienced at other practices. I also appreciate the up-to-date technology that makes the patient experience smoother (like the 3D crown printer.)

Very professional staff. Matt and Summer were skilled, patient and thorough. All the new and best technology. In and out on the same day. Prices well worth it.

I had a great experience with Dr. Lott and my hygienist Kendra. They took excellent care of me and were very thorough with their explanations and my options. Would definitely recommend this group to anyone getting dental care in the area.

Dr. Czarnecki and his team were all great and very personable. They took a lot of time explaining the care process and making sure I was comfortable. I do not like going to the dentist but they made the experience as enjoyable as possible, I will be back!

I very much enjoyed my first visit with Dr. Czarnecki. He was very thorough and went through my images, explained everything very clearly, and was very patient with all my questions. The staff were also very timely and took me back right at my scheduled time, which I greatly appreciate. Overall, would recommend and will be continuing to use them in the future.

The office was clean, staff was organized, and everything was easy. Kendra did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She was thorough and gentle. She gave great directions and explanations throughout the cleaning.

The 4.7 star reviews are very misleading. I had a terrible experience here which involved multiple trips back within the span of a month. If he tells you that you need a crown, PLEASE go get a second opinion. Not to mention, the intense mansplaining...

Go to a different dentist and always get a second opinion!!! After two appointments here and thousands of dollars in recommended dental work, I knew something wasn’t right. I scheduled an appointment with my dentist in my hometown and they confirmed that I didn’t need any of the dental work outlined in my visits. In my first new patient appointment there were multiple X-rays conducted that I was charged for, but it was not disclosed the extra costs associated with them before they were done. Additionally, the dentist hygienist wasn’t in that day and I was told at the end of my appointment that I would have to come back to even receive my cleaning. Across my two appointments, I was given conflicting and contradictory information on the work that needed to be done. Both times the costs associated with this work was significantly higher than the previous visit. I have also repeatedly tried to use the patient portal to ask questions and have received no response from the team at all. All in all, I would recommend any other dentist office over this one!!
