This the best dental experience we’ve had in a long time. Dr. Jay & his team displayed excellent customer service with a personal touch. My wife & I were here visiting and due to a chronic dental condition turned urgent, they didn’t hesitate providing immediate same day care & concern. Casey initially coordinated & arranged a follow up the next day with Dr. Jay who place a dental implant & provided great patient education to include follow up care instructions with humor & a smile. Good new patient visit at embassy dental. They were efficient (ran on time!), explain things well, and felt like a good teeth cleaning. The office staff, hygienist, and dentists were all friendly. Took time to review my exam and x-rays with me. I will be coming back!

Willing to work with me to pay what insurance would not. Which was very important to me since I am a senior on Social Security and my money is low.

I wasn’t seen until 30 minutes after my scheduled cleaning appointment. Then after an hour and a half in the office was asked to schedule another day to come back for an exam because the dr was in surgery. A hour and a half in the office and I left without an exam or ever seeing the dentist. Would not recommend!

Once again had a great experience at the Embassy Dental Hillsboro Village. Jordan did a great job gently but thoroughly cleaning my teeth and was extremely pleasant through the whole process. Back again in six months!
