reminder.
These
are
not
medical
professionals.
I
paid
2400
for
3
hair
treatments.
I
paid
all
at
once
so
that
I
would
get
a
discount.
The
owner
of
the
store
told
me
this.
Once
I
got
there
for
my
first
treatment
they
stuck
me
with
needles
8
times.
I
never
have
issues
getting
blood
from
my
iv.
Again
they
struggled
8
times.
I
brushed
it
off
and
said
itās
okay.
When
they
realized
they
couldnāt
stick
me.
The
owner
decided
to
change
the
procedure
to
a
cheaper
one
that
I
did
not
pay
for
that
did
not
require
an
iv.
At
the
moment,
I
was
unaware
of
this.
Again,
I
went
along
with
it
because
they
seemed
friendly
enough.
After
my
second
procedure,
they
told
me
to
wait
8
weeks
for
my
last
one
even
though
in
the
beginning
they
told
me
each
treatment
needs
to
be
4
weeks
apart
for
it
to
work.
Again,
I
still
believed
them.
That
8
weeks
turned
into
ten
because
they
forgot
to
schedule
me
and
wouldnāt
return
my
calls.
After
the
ninth
week
I
was
diagnosed
with
cancer.
I
told
the
owner
about
my
condition
and
how
i
was
going
to
lose
my
hair
anyway.
I
was
hoping
to
get
a
refund
for
just
the
last
treatment.
So
just
my
800
dollars
that
I
paid
for
treatment
that
I
would
not
receive
anymore.
They
agreed.
However,
they
would
not
refund
me.
I
tried
for
over
4
weeks
to
get
a
refund
after
they
initially
agreed.
Again
I
did
not
want
a
full
refund.
Just
for
the
one
treatment
out
of
3
that
I
would
not
be
able
to
do
because
of
my
cancer.
Once
I
finally
got
a
hold
of
them
again.
The
owner,
she
picked
up
the
phone
and
proceeded
to
yell
at
me
and
say
itās
my
fault
that
everything
is
taking
so
long.
After
that,
she
said
I
would
not
get
a
refund
and
then
she
said
I
would
only
get
a
refund
for
300
dollars
because
and
I
quote
āthe
front
desk
nurse
gave
you
a
price
for
treatment
thatās
much
cheaper
than
what
I
usually
charge
so
I
fired
them.ā
She
then
proceeded
to
tell
me
how
itās
my
fault
that
I
got
a
cheaper
price
from
the
front
desk
and
because
she
needed
to
make
her
money
back.
She
kept
the
majority
of
my
money
for
the
last
treatment
that
I
did
not
receive.
I
canāt
believe
she
would
treat
someone
with
this
much
disrespect.
The
owner
of
this
store
is
a
heartless
and
greedy
woman.
Please
be
pick
any
other
place
to
asthetics.
They
will
not
treat
you
right.
Additionally,
they
will
demean
you
for
being
diagnosed
with
a
disease
you
cannot
control.
Disheartening
and
disappointing.
Please
be
wary
of
this
place.
