My 1st experience with aesthetics started here, an while over the years I’ve had services elsewhere, I keep coming back to Deb! She and her staff never disappoint me. She’s fixed horrible outcomes that were the result of me trying others closer to Manchester. Now, I don’t care if I have to drive up the night before and stay in Nashvilles beautiful city, I’ll gladly do it. I love y’all and my results speak to your expertise ladies.

Just a reminder. These are not medical professionals. I paid 2400 for 3 hair treatments. I paid all at once so that I would get a discount. The owner of the store told me this. Once I got there for my first treatment they stuck me with needles 8 times. I never have issues getting blood from my iv. Again they struggled 8 times. I brushed it off and said it’s okay. When they realized they couldn’t stick me. The owner decided to change the procedure to a cheaper one that I did not pay for that did not require an iv. At the moment, I was unaware of this. Again, I went along with it because they seemed friendly enough. After my second procedure, they told me to wait 8 weeks for my last one even though in the beginning they told me each treatment needs to be 4 weeks apart for it to work. Again, I still believed them. That 8 weeks turned into ten because they forgot to schedule me and wouldn’t return my calls. After the ninth week I was diagnosed with cancer. I told the owner about my condition and how i was going to lose my hair anyway. I was hoping to get a refund for just the last treatment. So just my 800 dollars that I paid for treatment that I would not receive anymore. They agreed. However, they would not refund me. I tried for over 4 weeks to get a refund after they initially agreed. Again I did not want a full refund. Just for the one treatment out of 3 that I would not be able to do because of my cancer. Once I finally got a hold of them again. The owner, she picked up the phone and proceeded to yell at me and say it’s my fault that everything is taking so long. After that, she said I would not get a refund and then she said I would only get a refund for 300 dollars because and I quote “the front desk nurse gave you a price for treatment that’s much cheaper than what I usually charge so I fired them.” She then proceeded to tell me how it’s my fault that I got a cheaper price from the front desk and because she needed to make her money back. She kept the majority of my money for the last treatment that I did not receive. I can’t believe she would treat someone with this much disrespect. The owner of this store is a heartless and greedy woman. Please be pick any other place to asthetics. They will not treat you right. Additionally, they will demean you for being diagnosed with a disease you cannot control. Disheartening and disappointing. Please be wary of this place.

I am very happy with the results of my thread treatment; it looks so beautiful! Brittney at Belcourt Aesthetics is a dream, and everyone at this clinic is very knowledgeable. I was provided with good information about what to expect from the treatment and recovery which made everything easy because I knew what to expect. I love this treatment, it’s beautiful. ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS WOMAN!! Debbie is the most kind, loving, caring most genuine woman I’ve ever met!! The office was very welcoming and clean. I was greeted at the door with a beautiful smile. My first visit I felt like I had been going there for years. I could go on and on!!

Went in a year ago and saw Brittany for PDO threads-she was AMAZING. So, I went back to get more PDO threads and first of all I thought I was going to be seeing Debbie or Brittany but I had some man do them, and it didn’t feel right when he was doing them. So, I didn’t get the same results as before. Still, months later, the left side of my face is in excruciating pain from where he put the thread in by my ear. He also didn’t pull the thread like Brittany had done before, when I had awesome results. The threads he put in did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. It was a huge waste of 400$. Not only am I still hurting because he didn’t seem to have a clue what he was doing there is zero results from that visit. I am so disappointed and am pretty traumatized from him messing up on my left side, it shouldn’t still be hurting 5 months later like this…. And my biggest pet peeve, which I should’ve known whenever I went in and he was going to be doing the thread, is having another provider take place without prior knowledge or else I would’ve canceled and rescheduled with someone else. /: I am not a fan of bad reviews but this pain (MONTHS LATER) is just absolutely not okay.
