Recently moved to the Nashville area for work and I gotta say, I'm so glad we picked One Metrocenter! Everything happened really fast, so we had to decide where to live sight unseen, which is really nerve-wracking, but the staff here made it all super easy and we're very helpful throughout the process. We ended up renting their B6 model for the additional space and dedicated office room, and it's so nice to not have to dedicate a bedroom to office space. The overall flow of the apartment is well thought out, and it really feels like home when I walk in. Also, how many other properties host events with free food and alcohol got their residents in a regular basis! The community is gated with controlled access, which definitely makes me feel more at ease as well, and maintenance has been very responsive to any issues that have come up. If you need a place in Nashville, definitely consider One Metrocenter

From the moment I walked in, I loved the grandiose entry and the ability to create and save your own virtual tour experience. I did not have an appointment but Tiffany, the Resident Account Manager, took the time out to make time for me traveling out of town. The conversation felt natural and didn’t feel forced. She took the time out to find out my needs and provide the best and applicable options. She even gave me the square footage and photo layouts for my review (since the A2 model I leased was so popular, there were none available at the time to show in person). We toured the A3 model and it was definitely an attention getting layout. My mother missed my FaceTime call so I could take her along on my experience but Tiffany offered to go back down to the apartment to view it again so my Mother could see it too. She definitely has a vibrant personality and goes above and beyond. Extremely professional and made me feel as if I already lived there versus just another applicant. I love that the apartment comes with new appliances and washer/dryer and the amenities are one to beat! The location is phenomenal! Close proximity to I-65, which I take to go to my hometown and is less traffic than I-40. Close proximity to food and 5 minutes to Salem/Germantown and about 10/15 from downtown. Stadium is right around the corner and the district is quite and established. So excited to be calling One MetroCenter my new home!!!

One of the better communities I have lived in . Excellent communication to all the tenants all the time. Maintenance requests are prompt and efficient. The leasing team is super friendly and nice . Shoutout to Ceirra for onboarding us. They have multiple events every months which bring the community together for food , drinks and other activities. Our apartment was fantastic and never had complaints with it. There is ample parking space and ev charging available. They have a nice gym with decent equipments and nice dog park . They can be a little stricter with the dog park though and the pet policy in general. A lot of times, i have seen a lot of dog poop on the pavements across the buildings without being cleaned. Overall, a good apartment complex to make your next home. Highly recommended!!

My experience here has been nothing less than great. The management personnel work with you and are very pleasant and personally supportive. I have not had any problems are issues that they weren’t able to resolve in a timely manner. Such a great bunch of people. I honestly recommend One Metro Center to anyone that’s looking for a new home 100%.

My experience with OneMetrocenter has been awful since day 1. The staff is not transparent and is very misleading. I ended up in an apartment 1 floor below what I was promised. I got that corrected but at the cost of me having to move twice within a span of a week. I had questions for a staff member regarding early termination, and the communication from the staff has been very unclear. Additionally, I questioned the fees (since I paid what we agreed on), and the manager got agitated and started yelling at me. My advise: Don't even contact this apartment complex. Plus, apartments are mediocre at best.

Great place to live maintenance staff is very responsive and professional. Sierra assisted me and made my move stress free. She was a huge help for a stressful move. I highly recommend this property due to the staff and grounds!

I would recommend this complex to anyone and everyone! I’ve lived at One Metrocenter for a couple years now and absolutely love it. Everyone in the office is so helpful and the maintenance team is the best! It truly feels like home here. The maintenance staff is always quick to fix anything and everything. All staff is extremely quick to respond with any questions or concerns I may have. The resident events are so fun, Ceirra is the best for putting these together! She always goes above and beyond for the residents. I am thankful to live in a community that puts residents first.

I moved into a 2B2B corner apartment a couple weeks ago and have had a great experience with the complex and staff so far. I had an asap move in and Cierra killed it helping us apply, through the lease paperwork and she had excellent customer service through the process! The apartment itself has a very stylish design with a great layout. This is also one of the very few apartment gym's I've seen in the city that has a free weight barbell which is my favorite part of the amenities. I'm on the 4th floor so I can not speak for hearing neighbors from above but I am yet to hear any noise from neighbors to the side of me or below me. Thank you Cierra for crushing it and getting me moved into my new place!
