I was so nervous going in as a new patient. And everyone in the clinic was super nice. And Dr McNutt was great. He was very gentle explained everything in a way that I understood. I definitely give these guys a 10/10.

My visit to see Richland Creek Family Denistry was one of, if not the best dental experience ever! Seeing a dentist is obviously not something any of us want to do...however, I had broken a tooth and been in pain for 8 days! I tried calling and leaving a message after hours, instead surprisingly I received a text. It was from Tiffany at Dr. McNutt's office. It read... if you need an appointment please reply here. I expected to receive a text or call in a day or two, but no! Immediately, Tiffany texted me back! I was in shock! I explained what was going on, and how the Brentwood Emergency Dental Clinic had treated me as a patient, and how I left that office in more pain than I entered with, and met the most uncompassionate 'So-called Dentist" I've ever met! PSA: Never ever go to this Emergency Dental Clinic in Brentwood if you need help. Now, If you want to give him 20K or up, he'll be happy to help... if anyone has info on how to report him to the Dental Board, please reply! On to my experience with Tiffany, and Dr. McNutt in Richland Creek... Tiffany worked tirelessly with me and my work schedule to get me in ASAP. We finally made an appt. for this morning. She was so kind and genuinely concerned about my pain and getting an appt set! I arrived this morning to all smiling kind and compassionate faces.. They got me in a chair within minutes! Dr. McNutt came in and was also kind and compassionate! He'd obviously heardwhat I had already been through. He was soft spoken, and extremely gentle, consistantly asking if he was hurting me, & if i was ok. During the procedure, he made certain that i was not only not in pain, but that I was comfortable, and ok with everything he was doing. I highly, highly recommend this Office if you truly need dental assistance! He now has a patient for any and all of my dental needs! I would like to Thank not only him, but his entire staff, especially Tiffany for their kindness, compassion, knowledge, professionalism, quickness in Trustgetting me out of pain, and being all around truly great, caring people! Trust me when I say, if you need a Dentist, This IS, "The Place," you want and Need to go see!

I’ve only ever been to 1 dentist my entire life. When I moved to Nashville I put it off for so long, but recently came across Richland Creek Family Dentistry. The service was phenomenal, everyone is so friendly. My hygienist, Brittany, was personable and easy to chat with making the experience easy and relaxing. Dr. McNutt is very thorough in his explanations and takes the time to listen to all of your concerns. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new dentist in Nashville!

Wallace was really happy with Dr. McNutt. He was thorough, took several x-rays and examined him for any problems. Found no cavities or broken teeth where pain was coming. Not many people enjoy going to the dentist, myself included, but Richland Creek Family Dentist is the exception! The staff is super friendly, the office is clean and they are fast and thorough. I cannot recommend this office enough- I actually look forward to my cleanings twice a year! Thank you!!!
