I have been a patient of this office since I was a Lil girl. My 2 oldest kids have been going here since they were younger. They are now getting ready to be 12 & 9. Never had a issue until last year. As a single mother of multiple kids I now have 4 kids. I myself work in a doctors office and for my kids to receive dental work, I have to take off work to bring them. The dental work takes all day. Today I took off like I normally do to take my oldest and 3rd child in. I was told when I got there I needed another adult that both could not have the medicine that makes them sleepy. It’s for there safety is what they said. Never have I ever needed another adult present while my kids get work done. I either took them to the car myself or they help. It’s already a inconvenience i have to take off a whole day but tell me I have to bring 1 child at a time is ridiculous. Dr. Smiley was not present at the time, I was told she will be in, in a few mins never showed. Previously I was asked by Dr. Smiley why it’s taking so long over the last few years to get my kids work done on their mouth. I replied because I am a single mother and I can’t keep taking off to bring each child. She replied, we can make it work for you and you bring 2 at a time. Today I go it’s a problem. I asked to have Dr. Smiley to call me as soon as she got in, called several times she still wasn’t there. It is now after 1pm they are closed. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE AND WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE SINGLE PARENTS‼️

DO NOT ATTEND HERE IF YOU’RE EXPECTING YOUR APPOINTMENT TO START ON TIME. THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED AND WILL HAVE YOU WAITING FOR DAMN NEAR 2 HOURS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Incredible dental office! This dentist literally saved several teeth that I thought would have to be extracted. He is so caring and goes the extra mile for his patients. 10/10

Smiley Dental Office was GREAT!!! The staff here is awesome. Everyone is friendly from the front desk woman Laura was very beautiful and nice and very helpful , the assistants, hygienists were amazing . They made my kids feel comfortable and they were able to do what they needed to do. I was worried about their initial visit because it was the first time they've been to the dentist. But they did a great job interacting and letting my kids know what they were doing each step of the way, assuring them that everything is going to be OK. A very organized office with great staff. My kids actually enjoyed going to the dentist. All the rooms are decorated with a nice fish tank and looks amazing

I had an end of the day appointment with two preschoolers. The business is set up to handle pediatric patients in a special section and give the kids nice incentives for taking care of their teeth and having a cooperative appointment. The hygienist was receptive to my child's needs and even allowed him to keep watching my smartphone during his cleaning to make the appointment a breeze. I will happily return to this practice.

The wait time is ridiculous! We have a 15 min grace period to be late otherwise they cancel your appointment but they’re allowed to make you wait hours after you appointment time. Expect to be here all day if it’s more than just a cleaning.

We recieved a warm welcome and were treated respectfully. The employees answered all of my questions and made my daughters feel comfortable. I was most impressed by the fact that Dr. Smiley came out to introduce herself. Very professional! They have 3 new clients!

My son had an awful experience with a fill in dentist while Oates was on Vacation. On another occasion, I didn't feel comfortable with proceeding with extractions done by Dr.Oates for myself and he made bad worse. Still left in pain.😒 Not helpful unless you have insurance. With insurance this office can oversell procedures. Albeit I was a difficult patient, but no other options were offered to me except go somewhere else. I've had far better dental experiences and will just find someone else. The staff was very nice with each encounter.
