Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were very easy to work with. I had my grandmothers wedding rings that needed quite a bit of work to get back to original state so that I could wear them. They were very honest about what needed to be done and very reasonably priced. There were a couple minor issues with the rings when I picked them up, but they were very quick to fix the problem. Jennifer did everything she could to get the perfect ring ready in time for a vacation (and in short notice, as a previous place I tried to buy from fell through). Green Hills Diamond Brokers recently made a custom ring for me using a stone from a family ring. I was very particular as to how I wanted the ring to look, and Mr. Mike was THE BEST to work with! He is so friendly, easy going, and knowledgeable and made the process really enjoyable. He communicated quickly with me each step of the process. This included a wax model of the ring to ensure everything was just right. When the ring was finished, and he opened the box to show it to me, I was floored. I’ve had two great experiences here. First time I brought my grandmother’s ring because I was curious about it. They told me it was hand cut and most likely made in the late 1800s. This time, David helped me out with finding my IGI # for my diamond engagement ring so that I could find the detailed specs for it online! He went out of his way to take care of me and also recommended a local spot for an appraisal as well. Would highly recommend this spot for your diamond needs.

I bought an engagement ring a few days ago and am here to say what an excellent jewelry store Green Hills Diamond Brokers is, in terms of service, products, and value. I had first bought an engagement ring online but then had some second thoughts, given the somewhat anticlimactic quality of the diamond I'd bought, and so brought the ring to Green Hills Diamond Brokers, where I talked about the situation with David, the owner. He showed me similar diamonds but with upgrades that made sense, for a reasonable increase in price. David had a number of diamonds I'd chosen from an online array sent to his shop, he did not pressure me at all to buy one, and I ended up choosing one. He was very patient - I know because I tested him! David also has very knowledgeable and kind colleagues. Some days into working with David, I heard from a friend of mine whose late wife was in the diamond business that David was an excellent person with whom to do business, confirming my own impression. His business model, it seems, is to offer great service, products, and value, and build a loyal clientele, rather than pressure customers and make the most money in the short term.
