I’m surprised that almost all of these reviewers said they were promptly seen. I was scheduled for an 8 am appointment this morning with two other friends. We walked in and informed the front desk staff we were there for the covid vaccine. With no guidance, all three of us signed into the surgery side. We were then told we needed to check in even though we thought we had already done so. There was no one waiting before us on the walk-in clinic side. However, someone came in approximately 20 minutes after us and was called back before us. We then asked for a time estimate, and the gentleman responded that he was on the general surgery side and literally proceeded to stand up and walk away. After waiting an hour, one of our friends had to leave in order to make it to work on time. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because the nurse that administered the vaccine was super friendly and informative. I understand the clinic is busier at this time and potentially could have been understaffed today, but if that was the case, it would have been a way better experience if someone from the check-in team had communicated that to us from the beginning.

Went here to be misdiagnosed a couple times —after long wait times—before going to a real MD and getting a correct diagnosis. Unless you need something that is so straightforward you can solve it with Google, try to wait until you can see a real Vanderbilt doctor during office hours. In addition, wait on most recent visit was over an hour to get in a room and over 2 hours out the door. That’s way too long. Don’t go for the Vandy walk in clinic.

Billing is a total scam. Used the online price estimate for a low severity visit and was told it would cost $60, only to get billed $500. Needed a simple prescription and was limited on time and ability to find a clinic. Do not go here if you expect a fair price or someone who can then explain their billing/pricing to you. Unfortunately like the rest of the medical industry, they can charge you whatever they want and you’re at their mercy.

My experience in this clinic completely changed my perspective on walk-in clinics. I booked a time day-of for a finger injury. I was greeted warmly by the front desk and promptly checked in. I arrived more than 30 minutes early for my appointment but was called back less than 5 minutes after check-in. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and was very thorough in going through all my concerns. The doctor came in and was also very thorough, and gave me very realistic expectations for my situation. Another nurse came in to give me inoculations and a splint and was so comforting and so kind and relatable. I would hands down return here if I ever need urgent care again and I hope to get the same team!

I've been sick as a dog for a while and went into the clinic twice with the same symptoms that keep worsening. I haven't felt heard until today when I had Mohammad Rassekhi (APRN) as my provider. He took the time to listen to ALL of my symptoms, and is the first person who has been able to help me feel some sort of relief. If I could request to see him every time I'm going to this clinic, I would. He is a great provider because he is attentive, caring, and compassionate.

They are great! Very patient and very helpful! In addition, when I called to the hospital, the people I talked to were also professional and super nice!

Staff was kind and compassionate and allowed us to wait in the car instead of sitting in the waiting room! They did much of the intake over the phone to keep everyone safe. The provider was awesome and the overall service was quick (by urgent care standards, <2hrs even with many in front of us). Very clean.

Due to come in for a nurse visit for COVID test and blood work sign me in for appointment and charged another co pay . When I already had an appointment for the same thing. Not understanding why she done what she wanted to do. Front desk staffing.

I like that on-site xray is available, staff is always friendly when I'm there,the providers seem knowledgeable and the waiting area always clean.

If you're looking to spend wasted hours of your life, you've come to the right place. Incompetent medical staff that will get your DOB and diagnosis incorrect. Looking to spend $316 on a 10 minute visit? You're going to love it here. Differential diagnosis, never heard of it! I would give half a star, but google won't allow me to. Save yourself time and energy.

I've visited this clinic a few times over the last year. Couple of times for sinus infections and tonight for what I thought was a broken foot. I showed up right as they were trying to close, hobbling in. And they got me right in, x-rayed, and on my way in under 1/2 hour. I had the same experience when I was there before for sinus infections. And not only were they quick each time, they were so kind and attentive. Every single person I interacted with - from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors to the x-ray tech - everyone was so sweet and helpful. They saved me so much time and trouble tonight by taking me in rather than having to go to an ER. This is my go-to place for urgent care from here on out. Thank you!

Went to the clinic on Saturday morning for a fall I had Friday night. X-rays showed no detectable broken bones, but the attending physician called that afternoon to say the radiologist found a fracture in my hand and I should return for a splint. He said he would leave the splint up front with reception and I would not have to wait - they would get me back right away. Unfortunately, some out of state visitors at my home prevented a return to the clinic Saturday. On Monday the receptionist instructed me to sign in through the electronic portal and have a seat. The Portal informed me that 5 people were ahead of me, so I did not think I should try and jump the line since this wasn’t an emergency. After one and a half hours, the receptionist said I was next. However, personnel in the back called a woman in who had arrived just 10 minutes earlier, so I left as I had some other things to take care of this afternoon. 25 minutes later the clinic called my phone - maybe they missed me? They did not leave a message. Guess I will have to get the splint put on somewhere else.

Worst service ever. Prepare to wait for hours, and only then to be told, that they don’t can’t see you for what you came in for.

Came in for a COVID test and was charged for an office visit, ridiculous. Don't come here for a COVID test unless you want an over priced fee for someone to take your blood pressure

Professional staff. Got in quick with a same day appointment. Masks are required.

Almost refusing to test me for COVID test after I quarantined and still felt symptoms. Why is it their decision whether I am worthy of a test???

I have been to this location multiple times and they have always been extremely helpful , kind and thorough. Doesn’t even feel like an urgent care, more like a doctors office. Highly recommend.

I am currently waiting at this location to be seen. I have been here since 4:30 & it is going on 6:40. I scheduled an appointment for 5:15 after I originally scheduled it for 4:30 tomorrow. Everyone who has come in after me has been seen before me. One lady waited 2 hours after having an appointment. When the customer complained, the receptionists literally kicked her after she went back. THERE LITERALLY ISNT EVEN ANYBODY HERE!

Called to schedule a TB skin test but ended up getting rejected because I receive medicaid. Sorry that Im not filthy rich but I do work and was willing to pay for it myself. Depending on the cost but I was told no. So screw the receptionists and everyone whos involved! 🙄

Horrible experience. Waste of time and money. Doctors didn’t listen to me and told me to go home and drink tea with honey after being sick for 4 days. Went to a second urgent care straight away for another opinion and was given better care and attention.

The clinic was fast. The facility was pristine and clean. The staff, particularly our nurse "Jessie" was very professional and courteous. I had a great experience start to finish.

The entire experiences was great from check in to the nurse and the doctor. Everyone was quick and efficient but you could also tell that they cared and wanted me to feel better. It was a very clean and inviting clinic with a great atmosphere and I will definitely be back.

This is the best walk-in clinic in town imho. Clean, efficient, welcoming, courteous and stellar professionals, in-house lab - maybe the only one in town. Patient-centered. Easy to get to and in and out. Can’t recommend them highly enough. They have got it going! I saw nurses Pam, Mandy and Dr. Frye. Simply the best.

Not sure how the experience would be if you are not already a part of the Vanderbilt patient system, but I had a great experience. I was able to book an appointment via the MyHealth at Vanderbilt app for 8am this morning. My card & insurance were already on file for them to charge my copay. I was seen on time, had a sample taken and evaluated within 20 mins, was prescribed an antibiotic, and was out of there in under an hour. All of the staff were helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend!
