Orange
Theory
is
rad.
I
moved
to
Nashville
while
going
through
a
divorce
and
knew
I
needed
a
place
to
blow
off
steam
asap.
I
had
never
tried
Orange
Theory
before
but
it
was
close
to
my
house
and
I
like
to
try
new
things,
so
I
figured
what
the
heck?
Let’s
give
it
a
try.
The
classes
really
challenge
me.
As
someone
with
fibromyalgia,
a
typical
workout
for
me
is
barre
or
pilates,
so
I
was
nervous
about
the
idea
of
doing
workouts
that
involved
running
or
jumping
or
really
anything
high
impact.
But
the
workouts
are
set
up
in
a
way
where
I
can
choose
to
modify
the
exercises
or
ask
a
coach
what
I
can
be
doing
differently
to
still
get
a
great
workout
in
without
destroying
my
joints
in
the
process.
Haha.
I
don’t
feel
judged
for
needing
to
go
slow
sometimes
and
that
is
a
HUGE
deal.
15
classes
later,
I’m
hooked!
Working
through
different
circuits,
with
different
trainers
and
different
levels
of
intensity
keeps
me
from
getting
bored
or
feeling
like
it’s
going
to
get
stagnant.
I
started
out
just
needing
a
place
to
move
my
body,
but
OTF
has
really
exceeded
my
expectations.
Not
only
do
I
have
a
consistent
place
to
work
into
my
daily
routine,
but
I’ve
lost
12
lbs,
have
found
new
friends,
and
I’m
realizing
how
strong
I
actually
am
physically
and
mentally.
That
doesn’t
happen
without
a
lot
of
one
on
one
attention
from
some
really
caring
and
dare
I
say
BADASS
coaches
and
staff.
So,
thank
you
so
much
Shelby,
Shelley,
Ellie,
Nate,
Joey,
Kelsey,
Sophie,
Stephannie
and
anyone
else
I
forgot
to
mention.
Y’all
have
lifted
me
up
so
many
times
in
the
last
month
just
by
asking
about
my
day,
taking
interest
in
me,
laughing
with
me,
and
just
being
superb
humans
that
are
so
welcoming.
The
culture
at
OTF
East
Nashville
is
so
refreshing
and
I
am
so
so
grateful
to
have
a
safe
space
to
push
myself
and
get
better.
🥹❤️
Thank
you
all
for
the
support
and
encouragement!
