The customer service at this location is unmatched! I don’t live in the area, so I’ve only been here twice but each time … Bree and DJ have been awesome! All of the staff are so friendly, you can tell that everyone loves to work there. Everyone is laughing, friendly and quick in fulfilling the order.

I come here almost everyday before work, and everyone here is so friendly and always have my stuff ready within a few minutes. And Brandy needs a damn promotion or at least a major raise because I go in beyond tired and don’t even remember my order and she has it all set up and hooks me up with an espresso shot. If Brandy doesn’t get the raise she deserves, I might have to switch to Starbucks

Went here today before work and ordered an iced caramel latte and an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. I watched an employee make the latte and she poured an entire cup of milk into the medium size cup to the brim, poured in some espresso and gave it to me (no stirring). It was basically a cup of milk. I thought it was odd at first, but gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe someone put caramel syrup in the bottom of the cup and I hadn't noticed. Nope. It was just a lot of milk and a tiny bit of espresso. It bothered me, but it happens and threw it out when I got to work. Got to my desk and opened the bag with the bagel in it to realize that the bagel was soggy. Not toasted at all. And had no cream cheese. It tasted more like melted butter. Very disappointed in the quality after the employee called out the items correctly when I came to get them at the pick up counter.

The cashiers are all very pleasant. But ordering online is a pain!!! Every single time I've ordered online, there's something always missing. Either a missing Guac or missing extra turkey sausage or egg etc. And every order that has a donut with breakfast has never been fulfilled in the last 5 of my online orders. I have to keep running back in to fix it bcos no one ever answers the phone cos they're too busy. The online ordering absolutely sucks. The only positive is that the staff at this location are absolutely awesome and I got an extra donut when the online system completely shuts down....so I suppose I can't really complain 😬

Quick, easy, convenient. Our bachelorette parties who lodge in Airbnbs go here often. We use them for coffees to go for those “mornings after.”

I got free Large Iced Coffee and delicious Donuts, All employees is very friendly and good service, they do their great job even it is too busy, I hope all the customers get patience please don't give them 1 star if they don't give you the right orders or if they're too slow, they just do their job as long as they can, just keep the good work guys 😁👍

I make trips to Nashville often to Vanderbilt medical center and I always stop by to get myself an iced coffee and sometimes donuts and the staff is amazing.Bre , Brandy and DJ have always been so kind and that's what every Dunkin donut needs.

This location is always very busy and understaffed. I got 2 donuts and a coffee. The coffee was great but the donuts were hard. This location (Villages at Vanderbilt) is always a little dirty. I'm sure it's due to the understaffing issue.

Very friendly experience. We are from NJ and love our Dunkin so this was a nice find.

Ms. Renee and all the wonderful ladies here really made my day today. My card declined and they gave me my coffee on the house while I sorted out my funds to get my breakfast. I always visit this location when my husband has to go to Vandy for kidney transplant related things and I am always taken care of in the most pleasant manner. Also, another lady with an eagle eye let me know the lid on my refill cup wasn't completely on before I left, possibly saving my day from being ruined later on. Thank you so much!

This is not my normal store. I was getting my coffee at this one because it was across the street from the hospital that my mother was in. I normally I'm impressed with not only the quality of food and drink, but also the service service. That being said, I went to this Duncan multiple times over a 5-day period. And I guess most of the employees were new, because on only one visit did I leave with my order being fixed correctly the first time. Other than that the place is clean food drink good when they were right, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that with more experience these employees will improve. I would recommend it but I recommend walking to it.

The food is good. When I go into the restaurant everything is usually fine. I door dash from this Dunkin' a lot and every time I door dash the food a drink taste good, but the order is almost never accurate. There are different breads used on the bagel, different meat than I ordered, none of the extras I paid for, or it’ll be the wrong item. I like this dunkin and I’ll come back, I just want the accuracy to improve.

Their staff is hilarious and does a wonderful job. You can tell they genuinely get along and work well together. Kristin, Whitney, Ty, Amanda, Raven, Janae, Sean, Ebony, all of them. I'll remember your dog's name forever, but with ppl names I'm terrible so it's only due to my frequent trips to Vanderbilt and then the obvious Dunkin followup that I do. Going to the doctor/hospital/whatever is always better when you know you'll laugh afterwards. I love the outdoor seating and the coffee/slurpee that I never remember the name of either.

I personally think that this Dunkin’ has the best stuff ! Everyone is so friendly and nice that I’m there almost every morning to get my breakfast!

Friendly staff, but I was astonished at how bad the food was. The hash browns were basically potato mush. The wrap was dripping in grease. Just so, so bad.

Stopped here on our road trip back to Indy. Megan and Brandy (sp?) were both super friendly and helpful. Very kind staff and of course the coffee is fantastic. Thanks, ladies!

First of all, it’s the black lady with the orange and black hair . She’s sooo unprofessional with Rude customer service. You make an ice latte with no sugar and you tell me that’s how it’s done and she’s not a manager to refund my money back. I would advise you go somewhere for your coffee.

The sandwich of turkey egg and cheese on toasted sourdough bread tasted like rubber. They were busy and didn't express any pleasantries. I had to wait on my drink as I wasn't given my order together and another person got their drink before mine.

I pay for a refresher and later come back to tell me it’s out of stock and therefore can’t refund back my money because you’re not a manager , like seriously? What kind of unprofessional poor customer service is that ? This black lady with orange and black hair honestly don’t think she know what’s she’s doing in that shop .

Standing in line had a large party in front of me of six took about 15 minutes before I could take my order by the time I got my turn manager said coffee was on her thank you so much

wanted to inform you on my visit to Dunkin Donuts at 1500 21st ste 1510, Nashville AL 37212 The manager here was absolutely in the wrong and should not be working there! I entered your store this afternoon at about 10:45am this morning. My friend and I had driven from Huntsville Alabama to see my neurosurgeon in Nashville to which that exact store is CONNECTED to. I had to have my friend drive the long trip because I am DISABLED and can’t!!!!!!! When we approached your store there was a list on the door of all the things they were out of, cream , cold brews , different flavors etc and ALL foods because ovens were down. Ok, no big deal we could find something … surely. After our very long drive from Alabama I needed to use the restroom. It was locked, we asked if we could use the bathroom or needed to go somewhere else first before ordering. The guy upfront said sure, “here is the key, just don’t leave it in the bathroom.” We got the key and went to use the restroom. As my friend helped me get on the potty we hear a very loud very dramatic banging at the door from the female employee/manager… screaming “only one person in the bathroom for legal reasons.” I let her know I just had a brain surgery….. which realistically and legally I should not have to do. PERIOD! You would think since this particular store is CONNECTED to a neurosurgeons office you would see more neurologically challenged individuals at this establishment and would be able to handle this in A professional manner. I was so beyond embarrassed after that and the screaming she did and having to air out my personal medical health between the bathroom door and lobby, I just left without ordering. If I was in a wheel chair would she have done the same thing? I’ve had FOUR brain surgeries this year alone and it has effected my motor skills. I also have multiple devices in my brain that cause different motor function issues… simple things like going to the bathroom… I do need assistance. I was absolutely appalled at how this was handle and frankly made me never want to spend any money at Dunkin Donuts again. I felt I needed to let the company know what this location did to me. My friend that was just trying to help her physically disabled friend out was also appalled and it upset both of us terribly for the rest of the day. It’s such a shame as we both really loved Dunkin’ Donuts, we have one next to our houses at home! This situation has made us think twice where we will be spending our money. I hope this employee/manager will have consequences. So, hopefully another neurologically challenged individual doesn’t have to endure what we did.

SUMMARY. I am a Vandy student who frequently finds himself here while walking between meetings/classes/buildings. Like any Dunkin', it's quick, cheap, and unhealthy. Still, it gets 5 stars from me because it is everything I expect it to be. AMBIENCE. It's not aesthetically appealing by any means, but it is in as good of a condition as I've seen any other Dunkin' Donuts. While this is not a high bar, it nevertheless does not come up short. QUALITY. Great tasting food that is high in calories, but overall satisfactory. SERVICE. Service is great, staff is polite, and I never have to wait. That being said, I'm usually here mid-morning and late-afternoon, when you would expect lines to be shortest. PRICE. VERY good price, even as far as fast food goes. I recently got a doughnut and a bacon/egg/cheese croissant for $7 all-in including tax. Tough to beat. TAKEAWAYS. Lower your expectations, as this is a fast-food establishment. Once you do that, you're experience will surely not be disappointing. The only caveat is I have never been here during the rush, so I cannot comment on their efficiency during peak hours. They go the order wrong on 3 out 5 items.. croisants were pretty much the worst i have ever had.. felt like it.was a week old, took one bite and threw the rest away

The service here is terrible depending who you get. Several times they’ve made my drink wrong and they don’t even respond to me when I tell them, they just take my drink and remake it. No “sorry about that” or anything. I order the same drink every day and 9 out of 10 times it’s half full. I ask for less ice, but no way ice takes up that much space. I can’t even imagine if I asked for no ice. The cup would be like 1/4 full! I don’t have nearly the same trouble elsewhere. Frustrating when you spend $5/drink. (Here is my drink before even taking one sip).
