unprofessional Why is this shop still open? A complete fraud charging me 2XX euro for a messy hair, oh and she even forgot my appointment. I want to call the police!!!!!

The online booking system doesn't work well or they don't check in regularly. The tools used in the hair saloon seem to not receive proper cleaning (or at all). I had twice a negative experience: with the booking and a waxing treatment. They don't seem to be professional.

A horrible place, I made an appointment and just before the time they modified it for half an hour later, then in my schedule he still did not attend me and in a very rude way he treated me because I asked her about my appointment, and the fact that he continued working with another person on the schedule that she set for me. If she could give it 0 stars she would, she is a very rude person

Horrible eyelash lift. They left the product process too much and my lashes have weird shapes. I had to call them 2 times because they just left me laying there. The appointment , normally 50 minutes, took them 1h30. The very rude lady did the treatment with one hand because she was too busy on the phone. Lol, I tried to inform them some by phone some weeks after the treatment but they will blame the results on you for looking at your clock. Horrible place

Went two times with both hairdressers and very happy with the service and quality of this place. Genuinely friendly and knowledgable women.

The masseuse is well experienced in her profession, communicate well with the client and knows where to put pressure on parts of the body.

great place! Farah and Karin are super and I can communicate perfectly in English with both of them. I recommend them eye closed!
