Staff were very friendly and warm. However, the quality of haircut was low. My hair was washed first thing while I was waiting for my hair stylist, and so he never even saw what my original hair texture or style was like before he started cutting my wet hair. If he actually knew he would have known to adapt his way of cutting to suit the waves in my hair. Ultimately a rushed process. Had to get it fixed elsewhere.

They did not colour my hair the way I wanted and were a bit rough with my hair (both during applying the colour and also cutting). They did not even ask me whether or not I would want to bleach my hair and took it for granted. With all these good reviews, I thought it was a good place but I didn't enjoy their service at all. It was a waste of money and time.

The sinks where they wash the hair are extremely uncomfortable, my neck started hurting after 30s and it only got worse from there. The haircut itself was okay but not individualised for head-shape and hair pattern. Wouldn’t recommend.

Although the quality was good as suggested, I was rushed through my already pretty short process of a haircut, which made me think that they probably don't need new customers and aren't trying to hide it. I don't think I will go there again.

At the 5th attempt to find a competent hairdresser in Leuven, I hoped I finally found one, but I was obviously wrong. Two stars just because they were mostly polite. I went in with what I'd consider quite simple requests: 1. Trim the split ends while leaving my (healthy) long hair as long as possible. 2. With the trim, keep some light layering. 3. Trim my bangs without making them straight. 4. Balayage What did I get? 1. About 10cm (!!!) of length chopped off in the whole process 2. Visible chunks and horizontal lines in the layering. If I want to fix this abomination, I'll have to sacrifice even more length. 3. Straight bangs, even after I explicitly asked again to avoid straight lines 4. PATCHY decoloration Definitely not worth the time and the money. What a shame.
