I called on the phone and the ladies were so rude and unprofessional. One young lady transferred me to someone because she didn't want to handle my issue. Then a woman named Leslie who told me if I had a problem take it up with the supervisor after I asked for the office manager email and the name of the young lady who transferred my call. Its only okay for them to treat people like that because they don't care about professionalism or customer service. Let them be handling a certain audience then they would better handle the calls and customer service would be top priority. Find an office that cares enough to treat you like you matter especially when they are dealing with any part of your health care. We let offices like this think its okay to mistreat us and still give them business.

Places like this feel they can treat people any kind of way because intended to serve lower income families. This place uses to have great customer service but over the last few appointments for my son, it has slowly gone down. From the front staff, to the Indian male dentist (so it's clear who I'm referring to). I have never been talked to & treated so awful. The dentist threaten to cancel my son's appointment because I didn't agree with him talking to me like I was stupid or his child. I NEVER write bad reviews but this experience has upset me so much I will never deal with pine dentistry again. After paying (for the 2nd time), the last got upset WITH ME because I baffled up my receipt to put it in my purse. Then tried to make a scene in the lobby. The blue protective covers weren't placed on things until AFTER we had been in the room for 30 minutes. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS UNSANITARY, RUDE, & DISRESPECTFUL LOCATION OR COMPANY.

VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! all I want is information on a wisdom teeth removal and I get in touch with a lady that’s very rude and had no idea what she was evening talking about. I ask to talk to a higher management and I get put on hold for more than 5 mins. Than I call again hoping someone else answers and another lady did answer and puts me straight to a hold for more than 10mins. Clearly you people don’t care about your patients.

I do not like coming to this Tacoma location at all. When it was time for my toddlers cleaning/appointment, I was already worried about the endless wait time. I could not make the day initially scheduled for my toddler. I got a call from someone to help reschedule, I specifically told the person I work and I can do early mornings and also complained about the endless wait time. I was scheduled for 8AM. We finally got here for the 8AM appointment. I told the front desk I have to be at work by 9AM reason I made it 8AM. She told me it all depends on when the doctor gets in. Are you serious? You don’t even have a set time the doctor gets in and you scheduled me for 8AM? For what? To come and sit and watch TV or watch you do your work?? I already knew this was going to be an endless wait again. At this point, will have to begin the search for another better organized dentistry for my toddler and not this one that treats and feels everyone has got nothing meaningful to do with their time than to wait endlessly for a doctor who’s arrival time is absolutely unknown!! Do better! Organize better! Get it together!

Ok service .. love the young lady in the front.. just wish it was more available appointments if I need to reschedule.

My experience here has always been great. Today I experienced what I read on the other comments rude costumer services and poor attention to appointments scheduling and procedures. I hope they can review this and change the current front desk lady or at least train her to improve costumer services.

The wait at this clinic is terrible. They leave the appointment for an exact time and you end up waiting an hour and a half...!!!! They give many appointments for the same time, which is bad because you have things to do to waste 4 hours in that clinic.

The staff here are extremely rude. Save yourself the time and hassle and go to another dentistry that actually respects your time and money. I drove more than half an hour for my appointment but then they told me we don't have your appointment ( our system is down) . The woman at the front was very abusive and derogatory in her speech to me and my wife. In addition, the place is absolutely rundown , you wouldn't even think you are in the US.

I have been a customer to Pine dentistry & braces for over 7 years! The providers and doctors work very hard and I appreciate them so much. However, the customer service is so bad!! The front desk lady treated me so disrespectfully, she was very rude and racist. They make their type of people comfortable but treat others differently. When I tell them to change the date it’s such a hassle and takes a very long time. Now I’m looking for another dentistry that cares for their customers. Don’t waste your time and energy with this awful respect.

I came here when I was a 10th grader relying on my mom even when my mom was in the waiting room they always got upset with me for not making appointments I’m a child that lives 1 hr away. Now every time I make an appointment it’s either messed up with a name or they tell me a later time and put something different in. I’m just turning 20 on January 9th and I’m more insecure then ever with my braces to the point I don’t like smiling. I was told I would have to do a consult, but my braces still can get fixed and clean now when I called hours before I’m told something totally different. Let’s not forget the fact I have all my brackets on BESIDES 1 in the front where they put a long bar on my front right tooth. It’s very embarrassing and down grading so I asked can I get them taken off since it’s still an issue and they clear don’t wanna help and I was still told no. I asked can I come in for the time I was told I responded I have people in front of you they would go first but your only coming for a consult, even though they still look the same as what they did before. Meaning I would waste one hour drive to still be hurt and disappointed. And they continue to talk over me and use my age. I was told I can still be helping not only from a worker there but from a family friend that’s a dentist as well. If my insurance stopped paying meaning they aren’t getting paid they should lead with that instead of selling dreams just to take it away. But then again it is mainly a Mexicans town.

I wouldn’t suggest going here, the service is very unprofessional. I’ve had several appointments cancelled by this office. We are talking about the well being and health of my teeth. I suggest if you want remarkable, and a professional service that you look elsewhere this place gets a 0. Clearly , they could care less about their patients.

The worst place, I waited 2 hours in the waiting room and another hour and a half inside, the person who was going to clean my daughter's teeth was talking to the other co-worker and my daughter was there exhausted and bored, we had to wait for finish talking to attend to her. Not at all professional, I left very angry. No more this place.

They do not serve well You wait a long time I had to wait 1 hour Birds 3 hours of waiting

Well, in my experience they treated me very well. What I didn't like was the place.
