DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! She has no shame….. If I could give this company no stars I would. Dalissa delivered the wrong display to my event that had already been scuffed up after charging me the additional fee. She sent me dry wall instead of an arch…. When I requested a refund and sent photos of what she delivered, she had mentioned the contract had already been signed and that she’s not refunding me for anything. Absolutely disgusting service, arrived late, and wouldn’t pickup on me until the day of the event. Save yourselves people

My friends surprised me this past weekend for my birthday. It took place at Dalissa’s venue in Beltsville, MD. We had a wonderful time. Dalissa and her staff were great. Everyone enjoyed themselves all night long. The decor was amazing. The venue is fantastic and easy to find. A truly wonderful experience. Go check it out!!!!!

This place was a God send. I made a huge mistake with my order! They accommodated me, had a team that was quick to respond and adjusted as much as they could to fit my needs! Their stock if items are beautiful too! I could not have dealt with a better place! So impressed and would use them again and again!

Honestly, not even worth a star for the terrible experience I had. Rented several items for a party I had and was told they would pick up between 10:30-11pm. I waited and waited and waited and they still hadn’t shown up by 11:45. I had relatives from out of town that I couldn’t spend time with because I had to wait at the venue for someone to show up. Despite being irked I didn’t want to leave the items unattended where they could easily have been taken by others. I kept calling the company and was told “10 more minutes” still no one showed up by 12:45. They promised me they would refund the $100 late fee I would incur and then only refunded $50. It was all deceitful and I called multiple times afterwards too. I could even get past the ridiculously late pickup time but the lying about refunding me was the last straw.

Great place for any event! We been using their service because they make the process so easy taking so much stress away!! We rented Dalissa Studio and event for my daughter’s baby shower last year, the experience was excellent everything was done professionally and the decorations were amazing. Just recently my sister had a birthday party We highly recommend anyone to this place if an event and want it to be special The owner is very polite and the staff was wonderful

The two stars are for the wide selection in their inventory and how the owner took the time to tour the showroom with my mom. BUT...I tried placing an order and while my initial email was responded to, the quote was incorrect. I inquired about a missing item and after two days was told it wasn't in inventory. I inquired about my drop off and pick up time both being on the same day and time. I got a text with the correct times, but asked if the contract could be updated with that info. I sent several texts and emails over the course of a week. No response. With my event being less than three weeks away, I had to go with another vendor. Disappointing.
