I'm allergic to feathers, feather free room is listed in my profile. when I checked in I asked at the front desk if the room was feather free? I was rudely told I "I saw it on your profile" I put my bags in the room and when I returned late that evening decided I better check the pillows. When I did I discovered feather pillows. This seems to be a systemic problem at Marriott properties. I have addressed it through their customer service, heard nothing. At one hotel I had an allergic reaction causing me to take Benadryl to stop the reaction which left me tired for my only day in a national park. an incident report was filled out and I was assured i would hear from a manager. I didn't and after a week I wrote a review then I finally heard from someone. I also filled out an incident report and was told that I would hear from a manager before I checked out. Nothing, it's been a month. Since then I always check before I use the pillows. Problems happen it's how you handle them that counts!!

On our recent trip from Australia we stayed here for one night. Unfortunately our room was very unclean. Upon discovering pubic hairs in the bathroom floor and soap dispenser we were in shock. After driving 10+ hours and arriving late, we didn't want to go elsewhere. So we pulled back the sheets in both beds only to be further shocked by more hair. We moved rooms but then further disappointed by no mention or apology for what we found. Won't be going Marriott ever again.

The hotel lobby appeared clean when I arrived. The hotel room was also clean but a little dusty. The walls are definitely thin because I heard a full conversation from the people next door and when they were in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was fine... no complaints.

I've stayed here probably a dozen times for work in different rooms. The staff has always been super courteous and helpful. The room is super clean as well as the rest of the hotel. I'm really puzzled by the negative reviews about the staff. The complainers about the staff must be a pack of entitled Karen's is all I can figure. The only negative thing I can complain about is the automatic light sensors in the rooms. If you like getting out of bed to use the restroom in the middle of the night and have the lights come on like you are coming out of an NFL stadium locker room onto the field this hotel is for you. The person who thought the automatic light sensors was a good idea obviously has never actually stayed here. Other than that you are good to go.

Too expensive for what you get. Nothing fancy. Very loud long running toilet. Not a very comfortable mattress or pillows. No breakfast included. It wasn't worth the price. 👎

Pretty good rooms. Standard for Courtyards. Everyone was pleasant. Location is fairly convenient to get on and off the highway.

Connor(I hope I spelled his name right) went above and beyond to make my check in experience amazing, I had a problem and he fixed it exceptionally well. He put the H in hospitality. Plus the rooms here are great!!!

Nice inner courtyard to sit away from main road. Rooms are clean and updated. Bed is comfortable. The walls are thin so if you have people talking by you even in a normal tone you will hear it. There is a breakfast and light dinner food that I didnt try. Overall this hotel is fine. Not great. Not terrible.

This has been one of the best Marriott stays I’ve had!! Ous and Mirna have taken excellent care of us our entire stay! We stayed for a week and everyone was so incredibly friendly. The food was delicious. Our room was always immaculately clean. The gym was wonderful! Overall an amazing stay!

Nice place, stayed at nicer Marriotts. The room layout made it difficult for whoever was near the wall side of the bed. PS, save your money and get breakfast out.

It’s a good place to stay. I stayed for two nights. However, I had an inconvenience with the noise from the adjacent room. I have reported to the issue with the staff and they have changed my room at last. Somehow I felt that I have paid more. I liked Avocado toast in breakfast.

No breakfast. Beds are cheap, too soft. We both woke up with backaches. Nice showers, a little bit wider will be better.

I stayed here due to an apartment fire for 17 days and had excellent service at the front desk, Bistro, Housekeeping etc. I am handicapped and the room I was given had the wheelchair accessible shower which helped immensely. People here really seemed to care about ensuring your stay was great.

I reserved it through expedia but they sold my room and no room available at midnight. I came to hotel from airport which took 40 minutes by lyft. While I was contacting expedia 20 minutes after, gave me another person's room. I paid through expedia and it was non refundable but they sold my reservation. They should not take reservation unless they cannot keep it.

Deborah was my front desk agent and helped figure out a difficult situation with great positivity and professionalism. The hotel itself is great. I like the outdoor space and lobby

The staff was very friendly and informative when checking in, The room was very clean. I like that there are different entrance/exit doors and was able to park and use an entrance closer to our room. Good food choices nearby.

This is a perfectly average Courtyard, a clean, serviceable, not fancy, mid-range motel. Service was attentive, polite, and pleasant. Room and shower were basic and budget-level, but clean and in decent shape. The bed was comfortable. The exercise room was surprisingly large, with 6 good treadmills, a couple of elliptical machines, a weightlifting machine, a few free weights, etc. All in working order and good repair. There's the usual Courtyard Cafe for coffee, meals, snacks, and beer. Easy access from the highway. There's even a real courtyard in the middle of this U-shaped building with grass and benches. I'd stay here again.

Really nice hotel in a quiet area. There is a nice bistro in the lobby where you can breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The gym is awesome with anything for just about anyone! Very clean hotel. They offer a litany of television stations if you are more of a stay in type of person. I really enjoyed my stay!

Very thoughtful and attentive staff. They "aim to please" and they excel at it. Very comfortable bedding, pillows. A little dated but great location.

Definitely a nice place to stay even had yummy homemade oatmeal cookies in the lobby which were very delicious. Although their Cafe was a little high in price at least they served food and it too was acceptable and enjoyable considering I'm very very critical that's a plus coming from me!!

I would never stay at a hotel that doesn’t know how to have some sort of hospitality. The black woman on Night Shift is rude and have no respect for people. The manager wasn’t any better!! You will nothing but a nasty attitude and people not trying to help you. The Marriott needs to do a training for their front desk clerks because the way they treat their Titanium members is disgusting.

This property does not subscribe to the Marriott brand principles. They canceled my reservation the morning I was supposed to arrive. If I didn’t have WiFi on my flight I would’ve shown up and been turned away in person. The person on the phone told me that my reservation was canceled because an existing guest decided to extend their stay and they were overbooked. They did make a reservation for me in a more run down Marriott property 30 mins further away from where I needed to be. The property manager called me the next morning and said there’s nothing more he could do.

Loved the settings! They have a good breakfast "Eggs your way" it was huge! Bar closed too early 10pm, need to open later.

I was really looking forward to booking this hotel for family to stay for my up coming wedding (June 2024). I called in October of 2023 and was put in contact with Denia who was in charge of blocking out rooms as well as booking a suite the day of my wedding. However, she never reached back out to me. Fast forward to about 2 months later my fiancée and I decided that we would visit the hotel to see if we could speak with someone in person regarding blocking out rooms. When we arrived we weren't greeted or acknowledged by the receptionist "Alex" at the front desk. When we approached the desk I informed him that we wanted to speak with someone regarding blocking out rooms for the date of our wedding. He quickly told me that he was not able to help me. I asked him if there was anyone else that we could call or talk to and he pointed to the 6-8 business cards that were in front of me at the desk stating, "You can call anyone of these numbers." I asked Alex which person I should call to help get assistance and he simply said, "I do not know." I am highly disappointed with the lack of customer service. I have been a member with Marriott for years and I am in disbelief with the lack of care, concern and customer service at this particular location.
