I
had
an
appointment
at
3pm
with
a
therapist
which
was
canceled
3
days
in
advance.
No
problem,
things
happen,
and
they
rescheduled
me
for
the
same
day
with
a
different
therapist.
Sounds
good
right?
But
then
they
canceled
my
second
appointment
a
couple
hours
in
advance.
Acted
like
it
was
no
big
deal,
refused
to
reschedule
me
any
sooner
than
a
full
2
weeks
later,
and
refused
to
give
me
my
money
back.
Don't
get
me
wrong,
I'm
not
mad
at
the
therapists,
sometimes
life
happens.
But
the
customer
service
is
awful.
(Did
I
mention
that
they
canceled
both
appointments
by
text?)
All
of
this
while
they
charge
clients
the
full
price
of
a
massage
if
that
client
cancels
with
less
than
48
hours
notice.
I
know,
because
I
once
got
charged
when
I
rescheduled
with
only
about
40
hours
of
notice.
(24
hrs
notice
is
industry
standard.)
I'm
a
massage
therapist
and
have
been
in
the
business
for
a
long
time.
Trust
me
when
I
say
that
if
you
want
to
be
treated
with
respect,
go
somewhere
else.
