Great customer service. Everyone was very friendly greeted immediately once we arrived . We ordered the deluxe . Best burger in fries . The cheese was not good at all seemed old and re heated but everything else was good 🔥

First time eating at a Culver’s. Neither Virginia nor Southern Cali has them. Milkshakes were good. We got two strawberry & sea salt Caramel, I enjoyed the latter the most. Hamburgers & fries were good. We came to eat at this location before heading to the airport. $50 for 4 people. Plus the place looked clean. Various families eating here.

I recently visited Culver's and had an amazing experience! The service was great and the food was even better. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the frozen custard was out of this world. The restaurant was clean and inviting, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Culver's to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a great dining experience.

This is my favorite Culver's location. It is very convenient and easy to get to, and the customer service is always superb! Friendly staff, correct orders, clean and comfortable dining area, and great food, beverages, and custard! When it comes to price, as a fast food restaurant, Culver's is up there, but the prices are quite reasonable for such high-quality food and custard items.

I love that I have a Culver's close to my home. This location is great! It's clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is good!!! I often return with my daughter and grandson for their turtle sundae. That's my go-to!

This is a picture of the gross spicy chicken sandwich at Culver’s. Not even a real chicken breast, just processed chicken of even lesser quality than a gross McChicken sandwich. Look at it!

Not only was the service speedy for being indoors, the interior was clean and the aromas made me hungrier. I definitely recommend eating inside as the takeout was backed up. Plus it’s a place with friendly service and clean tables, so why not eat inside. They had a movie streaming for kids and a bonus is a free custard scoop with receipt survey taken which is worth taking for that delicious custard ice cream.

Service is wonderful, along with the food!!! I’m glad I was able to eat and charge up my phone! Cicero and 63rd (Midway Airport) Culvers is fantastic and I am coming back again!!

Food was fresh and hot. Service was fast and brought to our table. Areas were clean. My sister tried one their new burgers and it was very good. Overall good service.

This location is awesome I go out my way to go to this one because they don’t over cook the burgers and the customer service is always on point.. I even like dining in and a special thanks to Mrs. Sue she really goes above and beyond for her customers she is definitely a hidden gem in the success of this location for dine in!! Will definitely be back because finding awesome customer service at a fast food place in Chicago is rare!!

This Culver's is great. My order came out as soon as I finished paying, mainly because it was so simple. They have cars playing on one of the tvs. The best of all, I get to enjoy a drink with Timmy, who was on his coffee break.

Was greeted upon entry, felt welcomed and the customer service was great! So refreshing! The food was freshly made the onion rings was sooooo deliciously addicting because it was so fresh and crunchy! My son loved every bit of his meal and ice cream. I had the turtle dove it was smaller than I thought, but it was so good! The pecans was the perfect crunch

I can't say anything bad about this place, it's clean, wash room was very clean only thing I didn't like was the bathroom it's too small they only have two stalls. The servers brought my food to the table and asked me if I was comfortable now that's called customer service. When I walked in the ladies behind the counter were smiling and was eager the me make up my mind at what I wanted to order. It's a worm friendly place you don't mind going to.

We had the nicest lady cashier ever. Answered all of our questions patiently with a smile. Our order was correct, and the dining room was clean.
