Company does not return calls or emails. I ordered a mug online on 12/16/22 as a Christmas present. I was sent a text asking to verify the address, which I did the same day via email. Item was charged to my card on 12/16/22, but never shipped. I requested a refund via email on 1/3/23 and didn't receive a response. I requested the refund via email again on 1/12/23 and I called the shop and left a message. No response. I've now had to submit a claims dispute through my bank, not to mention had to scramble for a new Christmas gift. :(

When you walk in you're hit with a soft sweet floral scent that invites you to come in further and explore all the creative pieces. Oh and there is such a feast for the eyes! This is a great place to find a unique hand made gift for someone special -including yourself! Autumn is warm and welcoming - an excellent conversationalist who gives you the history of the items you purchase. She proudly informed me that the mug I purchased in a recent visit was locally made and that not only was I supporting her small business, but another one as well. By the time I left, I felt I'd made a wonderful new friend!

I checked out this wonderfully cute little shop today after seeing my dentist. Oh the things they have in here is marvelous. Plus, look on line to see what type of craft classes are being held here. They are always adding more things. I spotted a few things I will need to pick up for holiday gifts, so I'll be back.

I just had a wonderful experience at this beautiful boutique. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. The items in the store are lovely and unique. I have been trying to find gifts for special occasions for some time and found the perfect gifts here!

I had the occasion to drive through downtown Lisle last week and came across The Collective boutique. It is a beautiful store. So very comfortable and welcoming. We are certainly surrounded in the nearby suburbs with many gift shops and specialty stores, but feel like very few offer the selection and well thought through, unique and elevated inventory that is truly giftable to ourselves or someone else. You have done a beautiful job with that.  I will definitely be back!
