    I ordered thru the app at 4:30am & when I arrived the place was CLOSED! First of all it says 24hrs on the site & second of all why did the app charged me when the place is closed? Hope I get my refund & hope they get my complaint! 😡 Luckily I didnt order alot !

    drive through was a bad experience, I was around 10 minutes waiting for my coffee and there was only one car in front of me, to which I saw the driver return twice the coffee  to the person at the window, apparently they did not do their order correctly, I asked A venti ice coffe with heavy cream and they were giving me a grande coffee, I told her that I had asked for a venti and she went to change it,  her machine to pay with the app did not work with my phone after several attempts and I ended up paying with my card without take my points, after a couple minutes on my way I realized that the cup was 95% full of ice, and it has too much cream hahahah, it did not even taste like coffee

    Probably one of the worst Starbucks in Chicago. The staff members are completely unprofessional. Their hours do NOT match they close the inside around 9:30 and only have the drive thru open till 10:30 NOT 24hrs. I ordered my coffee for pick up and showed up to the store at 9:35 pm just to find it closed when i called the store to explain to them the situation they told me to stand in the drive thru line i told them i didn’t have a car and they laughed and hung up the phone! Also someone in management must be paying people for generic good reviews bcus they’ll state it’s open 24hrs when it’s not and i doubt it ever has been

    Wow, Best Starbucks on the south side! And I’ve been to quite a few. Just left da Drive-tru with a Plum Danish and Crème Brûlée latte that was splendidly crafted. Vanessa was pleasantly charming while preparing our items. The entire experience was 10/10.

    Wouldn't recommend. Drinks are overiced, overpriced, and service is slow. If you'd rather sit down I'd take it to the Starbucks on 5210 S Cicero Ave, which is both closer to the airport and has better customer service.

    I come here often and the line usually moves pretty quickly. Patrick attended to my order at the drive thru and was so kind and attentive! I was exhausted after my day and needing caffeine, and his positive energy radiated onto me. Thanks!

    The maintenance on this parking lot is not okay. The lane control signs are unreadable, and the barrier to separate the lanes isn’t bright yellow anymore. I want to bring attention to this to avoid damage on anyone else’s car.

    I usually patronize location 4 - 5 nights a week. For the most part, they take your order, and that's it. What's consistent is cold - Luke warm coffee??? I don't understand how or why the coffee is always cold, and they are open 24 hours. They times when I've requested another cup of coffee, it's usually hot water, add to the coffee

    i doordashed myself an iced matcha latte during work (which was absolutely delicious) and my cup came with this cute message. definitely brightened up my day! thank you to whoever did that 💚💚

    Tasted good... For about 3 sips Friendly reminder to ask for less/no ice. This is ridiculous. Definitely not worth the $5.35

    I just want to offer a point of rent so that you can grow your Starbucks business I have a perfect place for a coffee in Pilsen in front of the secondary school and it is commercial I think it is a good place for you since you are in the business 2007 s blue island ave

    Love every employee at this location. Everyone is always to nice !! Tgey even remembered the one time I brought my cat in (he was in a stroller going for a walk).

    Very friendly staff that gets the orders correct. Busy in the mornings but drive thru line moves relatively quickly.

    Fast drive-thru! Friendly and patient staff while taking orders. Marcela, went above and beyond taking a last minute request with a smile on her face (an unseen smile can still be heard behind a mask). Thank you Marcela!!

    Today I preordered my coffee for a mobile pick up and when I got to the restaurant the store was closed. Probably because it's the day after Thanksgiving. The question is the management did not lock preorders? So I got charged for a coffee that I could not get because the store was closed

    Quite honestly, this location has the friendliest employees of any I have been to, regardless of time of day and how busy they are. The only name I can remember is Patrick, but the whole morning crew (usually there around 8am) is kind and always smiling. It's a great way to start off the day!

    One of my favorite Starbucks locations! Not just because it’s open 24hrs but because the staff is the friendliest (& most patient) I have came across 🙌🏻 keep doing what you’re doing guys! You rock!

    This places has amazing and incredible staff. They are always very helpful and extremely kind. The coffee and pastry are always warm and fresh.
