    Never get my order right, no one is using face mask, manager always yelling and cursing. One coffe just water, the other one is only milk, supposed to be ice caramel coffe. Very disappointed!

    Since February, 2022. My experience has gone to the worst customer service I have seen ever. The faces are not welcoming, their ways of approaching you are unacceptable. We are a staff of 6 people that have dicided to keep on coming even though it is terrible. We have been going everyday from mon thru fri, in the last 7 months. Coffees, donuts, sandwiches... Today was the tops, we will not be returning ever. We decide were to spend our money. The owner should really consider talking to his staff and managment, we are not the only ones who are complainning and there is still no change, it has gone to the worst. The staff, and the managment is not acceptable at all.

    I bought the Power Breakfast Sandwich this morning and while chewing, I felt something stringy in my mouth and as I was pulling it out, I noticed it was a piece of hair! This is the most DISGUSTING thing that can happen to a customer when they purchase something from an establishment! I was IMMEDIATELY SICK TO MY STOMACH!!! 🤮🤮🤮 This was the Dunkin on Roosevelt and Oak Park Avenue in Oak Park, Illinois.

    I've never been to a Dunkin that had worse customer service. Early in the morning, the moment I pulled up, with no one else in the drive-thru, the workers rushed me with my order like they were about to close. After the very first thing I ordered, they said "is that your final order" I added the second thing "is that your final order" I add a third item "Okay, just pull up".. I pull up to the window to tell him my final item because he kept rushing me, and he tells me their policy is not to take window orders?? They rush you and force you to come to the window and then tell you they won't finish your order. It makes absolutely no sense, I asked for the manager, and the employees laughed and the manager just took their side like it's a high school click in there. Really embarrassing for Dunkin, The owner must clearly not care about revenue, because these employees definitely don't care about orders. There are Dunkin's within a few blocks from here, that are more worthy of your money. Do not spend here.

    On 12/30/22 at 8:30 A.M I went to the Dunkin Donuts location at 6820 W Roosevelt In Oak Park IL and I placed an order for : 1 Medium Hot Coffee 1 Small Hot Coffee, and 6 5 Pc Hash Browns total amount $14.04 When I got home and tasted the Hash Browns I noticed that they were undercooked. I called and spoke with a young man who stated that he was the manager I told him about the Hash Browns. He apologized and took my name and he told me that he would put my name on the board and I can come in anytime and get a replacement order for the inconvenience. On 1/29/23 at 8:30 A.M I went back to Dunkin Donuts to claim my order only to be told by the Manager Rebecca that she would only give me one Hash Brown instead of the Six that was purchased. She clearly told me that she saw my name was on the board for the order and I had my receipt. I was then told that because I didn't come back in a reasonable time frame that she would not honor the receipt. Her attitude was nasty and she was talking to me from the back of the store instead of coming to the front of the store and talking with me in a professional manner. I thought that she was unprofessional in the way that she handled this situation. She allowed other employees to weigh in on the situation. At that point, I asked for my receipt back and I exited the store. I have been going to that Dunkin Donuts for over five (5) years and this was a big disappointment for me and I am sad to say that I will not go back to that location.

    This location use to be real good, not sure what happened. But it’s real ghetto. The cashier argues with the customer- because he didn’t hear my order at the speaker- very confrontational. The manager took over, very dismissive-and slammed the window on me the order taker was staring giving dirty looks. I mean, I think they all need anger management because they all want to fight you for spending money there. Horrible service. Zero stars if I could.

    Do NOT go to this Dunkin’ location. Not sure why this has an overall 4 star review as it is very misleading considering the overwhelming amount of negative reviews. They never get my order right- I always have to wait upwards of fifteen minutes. I placed an online order last weekend thinking it would be way quicker and it ended up being just as horrible as the drive through. I was ignored, I was given an incomplete order and when I pointed it out, they told me to come back the next day, which I couldn’t believe. Why would I come back to a place that made me wait so long paired with the horrible costumer service??? I also contacted customer service only to be told they apologize, but I would still need to come in for a refund. (Also offered a free coffee, but still.) So ridiculous. Don’t use the order ahead app. Don’t go to this location. Save your sanity, your time, and your money and go to Starbucks.

    The manager there is so rude. She looks like she does not wanna be bothered & dies not know how to speak to people even when shes taking orders through the drive thru. So when you see those videos of people jumping over the counter dont always assume the customer is bad.

    Horrible service, 2 cars in front of us and we waited 15 minutes. When we got to the window the order was not done and they didn't know what we ordered and asked again. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for a strawberry milkshake.

    Food generally tastes like you'd expect. And we didn't have to wait too long. That's the positive. From my family's most recent visit: - Talked to 3 different people while ordering and had to repeat parts of the order about 3 times (not because of the speakers but when they handed us off to someone else they had just not put in most of what we asked) - Was never told the total and did not get a receipt. (Not the biggest deal) - Coffee order was wrong (caramel drink did not have any caramel) - when we asked where our hash browns were they told us at the bottom of the bag. And they were! So that was good. But they were very smashed and very mushy. So that wasn't so good. - Glazed donut holes were ordered and only one of those provided was glazed (and we were not told they were out of glazed; more like they ignored our order and just gave an assortment) - did not get our drinks at first and had to ask for them - had to request straws for our drinks twice - no napkins - the Boston cream donut had less than a marble's worth of cream - Oh and one of our donuts looked like the attached picture. We did not take a bite out of that donut. That's how it came out of the bag. No way I'm eating any of that now. Bottom line, we will only be back if/when we forget how bad this experience was.

    Got my order wrong twice! When ordering the woman didn’t even know how to use the cash register. I asked for a frozen chocolate and iced vanilla ice coffee. They forgot to put vanilla in my ice coffee then they gave me frozen coffee. I decided to let the iced coffee ordeal go but I went back in to tell them they got my frozen chocolate wrong and they said they’d fix it. When they gave me the other frozen chocolate it was not a frozen chocolate! It was a frozen MINT chocolate. I hate mint so it was bad and I had to throw it out. Never going to this dunkin again!

    This morning I went to the drive thru and ordered a Carmel ice coffee at the speaker and when I pulled up to pick up my coffee I decided I wanted to add another coffee and I told the lady that I needed another coffee she was really rude and said that they where really busy and short staff that I would have to go again back to the speaker and order. There was not even one car behind me they where not even busy. She said it really rude and I told her are you saying I have to go around again and order another coffee really. So I got mad and did not grab my ice coffee and just left Dunking. She was a big white lady with light green eyes! What kid of customer service is this really!

    Usually their workers are nice, patient, & efficient. however, recently someone who has been taking orders at drive thru (in the morning) is rude & impatient & doesn’t know how to talk to people correctly. I come here often but it’s been few times where I receive poor customer service from the same workers.

    The food made me really sick. I have had good service from the Caucasian staff at the window. When the drive thru lead with braids is there, things go left. Very rude, cold food, missing items you ordered, bad customer service, unprofessional conversation going on. I know people can be difficult but if you don’t like serving them QUIT.🤦‍♀️ I don’t recommend this location, go on Madison. The line is long but the food is always hot.

    there is always an issue at this dunkin, today i went at 10:30pm and the worker peeked out the drive thru window hid and never came back to help us, if he was alone and on break that's okay just say you're closed for a lilttle but there were other people also waiting in line, corporate management has to address this.

    Went through drive thru and ordered large iced latte with pumpkin swirl, two glaze donuts and a pumpkin donut. The young lady taking orders is playing on her phone and getting the orders wrong. The drink was correct but received two plain donuts instead of glaze. To the young lady taking orders please do better and put your cell phone away when taking orders.

    Not sure what keeps happening when I order from this location. If I get an iced coffee with skim milk, they put just a splash. Perfect. But when I ask for oat milk, they tend to make it half coffee and half oat milk.. I'm not sure why they don't put a splash as well.. maybe that's just how other people get it.. idk

    This place is horrible! The speaker at the drive through is faulty, you literally have to put your ear on it to hear them. It’s always the stupidity when making my order, they will tell me my order something completely different, always. When I go to pay, my drink isn’t made correctly or they will say I didn’t ask for it. This is my last time going there.

    Excellent and helpful staff. Although there is a Dunkin Donuts closer to my flat, I prefer to go here because of the kind personnel. They are always on point, day or night!

    Picked up a chai latte and some snacks for the family. My drive through experience was quick and our order was on point. This place has an OG DD vibe. I can’t speak to the interior, I didn’t have the chance to check it out but I did see customers entering by foot.

    Very rude staff, had to repeat my order several times only for her to still get it wrong 🤦‍♀️ When I handed the girl my drink back she rolled her eyes. Nasty and ghetto location.
