I
went
to
the
Dunkin
Donuts
location
at
6820
W
Roosevelt
In
Oak
Park
IL
and
I
placed
an
order
for
:
1
Medium
Hot
Coffee
1
Small
Hot
Coffee,
and
6
5
Pc
Hash
Browns
total
amount
$14.04
When
I
got
home
and
tasted
the
Hash
Browns
I
noticed
that
they
were
undercooked.
I
called
and
spoke
with
a
young
man
who
stated
that
he
was
the
manager
I
told
him
about
the
Hash
Browns.
He
apologized
and
took
my
name
and
he
told
me
that
he
would
put
my
name
on
the
board
and
I
can
come
in
anytime
and
get
a
replacement
order
for
the
inconvenience.
On
1/29/23
at
8:30
A.M
I
went
back
to
Dunkin
Donuts
to
claim
my
order
only
to
be
told
by
the
Manager
Rebecca
that
she
would
only
give
me
one
Hash
Brown
instead
of
the
Six
that
was
purchased.
She
clearly
told
me
that
she
saw
my
name
was
on
the
board
for
the
order
and
I
had
my
receipt.
I
was
then
told
that
because
I
didn't
come
back
in
a
reasonable
time
frame
that
she
would
not
honor
the
receipt.
Her
attitude
was
nasty
and
she
was
talking
to
me
from
the
back
of
the
store
instead
of
coming
to
the
front
of
the
store
and
talking
with
me
in
a
professional
manner.
I
thought
that
she
was
unprofessional
in
the
way
that
she
handled
this
situation.
She
allowed
other
employees
to
weigh
in
on
the
situation.
At
that
point,
I
asked
for
my
receipt
back
and
I
exited
the
store.
I
have
been
going
to
that
Dunkin
Donuts
for
over
five
(5)
years
and
this
was
a
big
disappointment
for
me
and
I
am
sad
to
say
that
I
will
not
go
back
to
that
location.
