The problem with this location if you’re parked in the lot already and you have cars coming in from Cicero and Cermak and the lines are out to the street. How do people come in the park and leave this location and pick up food? You gotta have a one-way in one way out especially this busy intersection.

Switched it up an got a hot coffee today since it was pouring down rain. Mine was ok. Could have been sweeter for a small. But I didn't specify the sugar so yeah. It was good. They were fast. Even though it was crowded when I went.

This is your average Dunkin location. It's clean and the donuts are very fresh. The only thing I didn't love, is when asking if they had chocolate milk for my son (because there were none left in the cooler), the cashier looked annoyed, went to look in a different refrigerator and then just said "no" like I had completely inconvenienced her. Maybe she was having a bad morning or was just stressed because it was busy that morning, I'm not sure. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and will visit again when I'm in the area though because their donuts were fresh and tasted great, and the cleanliness was excellent.

Literally the worst and most incompetent DD in the Chicagoland area. These people can't get anything right. Numerous visits, numerous incorrect orders given. They'll be out of something but I guess too scared to tell you so they just give you the wrong order. They'll hand you "frosted" donuts with so little icing on them that they look like plain pieces of bread. I guess they were too scared to throw those out too. I'll never be wasting my money here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't bother placing a special order for a cake here, they won't have it. This has happened twice. The customer service was pathetic. No sense of customer service, no professionalism, no accountability. You would expect a special order placed ahead Absolutely terrible.

The worst Dunkin I been so far, drive tru gets so jammed and hard to leave. Also Parking.

This is the greatest restaurant I have ever been to everyone is very friendly and polite and encouraging thank you all very much 😊

I love my coffee and the ability to get it sweetened with stevia. I also like their sourdough breakfast sandwich.

Day crew 10/10 then 2pm hits more often than not no issues 7/10 Night crew 4/10 not sure why but my order is often wrong or long waits just to place an order. I'll just continue going early but not after 5pm

Pickup orders for Grubhub or anyone else are often prepared wrong: NOT as ordered, entire items MISSING. I call, they say "we can't do anything, you have to contact GrubHub... Or you can come in to pick them up." If I could come in, I wouldn't have ordered delivery! Or should I just cough & sneeze all over you & your other customers? GrubHub didn't screw up the order, YOU DID. YOU left out two wake-up wraps. YOU forgot the syrup in BOTH coffees. YOU gave an incomplete order to deliver driver. Why isn't this a problem at OTHER Dunkins like the Berwyn Ogden location?? It's always a problem with this location. It just happened again today.

Great service fast workers and very nice people !!

I'm a loyal customer and the workers are very polite. I always order an ice coffee and I literally drink the sugar because it's not completely mixed in. If it was fully dissolved I would be more satisfied. That's why I give 4 stars but overall the customer service is great :-)

This location has roaches!!! Do not eat here. I’ll be calling the health department about this so they better shape up before then 🤢🤢

Normal Dunkin' restaurant on a busy neighborhood, nothing special, no specific feelings about this place. Service is good and quick.

OMG! Vernon & Jesse are my FAVORITE employees here! They are so friendly, kind, and professional. Jesse makes my tea with love and Vernon makes my avocado toast with love. Dunkin’ you did a GREAT job with hiring these two individuals. Awesome job guys! Keep up the phenomenal work.

Simply because they still make their own doughnuts rather than having them supplied, which is awesome, is why I adore this Dunkin' Donuts. As a result of its proximity to the pink line train station, the population is primarily Hispanic. The city's residents as well as visitors are quite diversified.

Rude staff, they never have anything available, stale donuts and poor selection.

Please beware that if you order through the drive through you might come across disrespectful people! If you don’t like your job why don’t you go and find another one that doesn’t deal with customers? I get people are short staffed but have me waiting for 10 mins for a sandwich! Please move a bit with urgency wouldn’t you?

I came in to get my order and not 1 person from 10 they had running around asked if they could help, only after asking if they were closed did they finally stop and say something. I figured they were closed and just forgot ti lock the door. Crazy. Then they all looked at me like I was wrong, NO, you are wrong and frankly disrespectful.

As my local Dunkin I’ve had all sorts of experiences. Mostly positive. They always tend to have a friendly staff. The only thing is that every now and then they do run out of doughnuts. Other than that it’s fast service.
