Great little spot, delicious food that hasn't succumbed to the times with substitutions which is nice to see. Staff was on the spot with the coffee and refreshments - not to mention the to go containers were of pretty supreme quality. Will definitely be back!

Food was wonderful pancakes are almost crepe-like but taste fantastic Country fried steak and American fries are amazing someone got an Omelette at my table it was stuffed and large!

Service is great! Super friendly and accommodating staff! Food is mediocre. Not sure what these half crepe, half pancakes were going for, but all the way cooked would have been a goal. Eggs were good. $4 for the half can of corned beef hash was disappointing.

Bit of wait but totally worth it! One of the best chicken fried steak breakfasts I’ve had like ever!

Great little gem. Food was excellent, my coffee cup was always topped off and service was on point. It is exactly what you would expect from a small town cafe. Place was filling up we arrived and the entire staff took it in stride. Definitely adding to the list of places to go when we're in town.

Came in with a large group this past weekend and the two waitresses working handled it perfectly. Had no problem doing separate checks, and our food was served quickly. Had issues in a few other restaurants in town during our visit but this one by far has the best service!

It was a nice little cafe. Our breakfast was really good and in BIG portions! Coffee was good and hot! The staff was very friendly and engaging! I tried the smores pancakes... delish!

Me and my boyfriend came here a few years ago after camping, the food was AMAZING, our waitresses were so sweet and fun to talk to! Today we came back and it was exactly how we remembered it, quick, no overly expensive food, comfortable atmosphere, and super nice staff who were easy to talk to! Definitely recommend if you want a happy belly in a calm atmosphere!

Wonderful place for breakfast. Get crazy and go for for the pie. Dessert for breakfast is the way to go! Add a side of bacon and it’s a perfect breakfast.

The food is great! Clearly fresh made, nothing frozen and very tasty! Terri is an awesome waitress! She clearly works her butt off and provides excellent service! I can't imagine working there when it's super busy but she does it with a smile and great attitude, something that is in short supply in many other places these days. Would definitely eat here again next time we come this way!

Stopped here for breakfast while traveling and it was great. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. We will be stopping here again the next time we travel the UP.

Cute little restaurant. We were passing thru and read the reviews. Decided to check it out. It was busy at 9:30am. But got a table right away. Staff was very nice. We all got our food except my other son ordered the pizza burger and it came after we were close to finished with our meal. But my son said it was worth the wait and he rates the burger 5 stars!!! I didn't get a pic. But for him to say that 5 stars. It must of been out of this world!!!

I ordered the fish sandwich. What arrived seemed like a joke - where's the rest of the fish? I returned it and got the blueberry pancakes which I do recommend. As you can see the portion size was much better than the fish nugget sandwich.
