Upon arrival at Ashland Audiology, I was pleasantly greeted when I checked in. My wait time was only 1-2 minutes before I was called for my hearing test. I was then taken to a private office by Lori, a very kind and personable Hearing Instrument Specialist. After a thorough but easy interview I was set up for my hearing test. Lori explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions. I was made to feel quite at ease before and during the testing. After the test, we sat again and went over the results. Lori explained everything in such a way that I could understand. In choosing hearing aids, I was given many options in different price ranges. When my hearing aids come in, I'll meet again for fitting and fine tuning. Lori was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. The waiting room and test room were very clean and organized. I am very pleased with my choice in using Ashland audiology.

Lori or Laurie helped me today and she did an absolutely fantastic job. She fixed my hearing aids, answered all of my questions and provided me with new domes and filters. Additionally she was kind, patient and had a great sense of humor. It was a totally positive experience. I would highly recommend Ashland Audiology to anyone experiencing issues with hearing. I was nervous at first having my exam for hearing aids but Dr. Amy and all the staff were very professional. Treated me with dignity.Made me feel relaxed . I definitely recommend the Ashland Audiology for hearing aids and whatever issues you may have.

Got to the office at my scheduled time and was in the hearing test booth shortly thereafter......Test was very thorough and the results were explained in a very understandable manor.
