We
booked
this
unit
through
travelio.
For
a
structured
system,
follow
up
on
obstacles
from
CS
or
the
company
is
very
slow.
We
ordered
a
unit
in
Semarang
and
there
was
an
electricity
problem
there
(1300
kwh
electricity
but
only
turning
on
the
AC
and
the
refrigerator
would
always
trip)
so
we
slept
without
AC
for
8
days.
Travelio's
follow
up
was
long-winded,
there
was
no
helpful
solution.
The
ME
team
was
sent
once
but
the
ME
officer
did
not
have
enough
knowledge
in
his
field.
Long
story
short,
we
asked
for
the
cancellation
of
the
rental
contract
and
a
refund
of
the
rent
fee
as
well
as
the
deposit
fee
but
it
was
rejected
either
via
WA
chat
or
telephone.
Finally
a
solution
emerged
from
them
for
relocation,
but
after
we
chose
the
relocation
unit
they
were
informed
that
it
was
not
possible
because
it
was
a
different
type.
I
still
pushed
them
with
the
relocation
unit
we
wanted,
even
if
there
were
additional
costs,
we
didn't
have
a
problem
with
it.
However,
an
update
was
given
that
the
unit
was
not
available
previously
even
though
it
had
been
checked
and
confirmation
of
the
different
types
appeared.
But
after
several
methods
and
solutions
from
Travelio
in
the
form
of
relocation
were
unsuccessful,
we
were
finally
given
the
option
of
submitting
a
refund
(yes,
even
though
we
had
submitted
this
before).
But
we
would
also
be
grateful
if
our
initial
solution
proposal
could
be
worked
on
and
processed.
