I was there on a Thursday night they had a Wine & Tapas evening. You got 3 different Australian wines a red, white and a sparkling one which were all very tasteful together with that you also got 4 different amuse-bouche. Location was excellent in my opinion somekind of societyclub also part of it and established on the same location a restaurant and hotel.

Not cheap, but a quote refuge for a late afternoon drink. Great service by Hegar, a soon to be famous film producer.

Really expensive for the area, but a nice place to get a drink. Be prepared for a 21% additional fee to you tab for some reason.

The dry vodka martini was smooth, made by Hegar I think? Taste better than it used to be. Defnitely coming back

Had a nice, refreshing Ban Lam house special Mojito made by the bartender Hegar. Cosy atmosphere perfect for relaxing gathering with friends.

Nice ambience, was here on Saturday night so there’s quite a lot of guests but somehow it still feels private enough? The drinks are quite expensive for the area, but quite delicious. Enough parking lot.

Very good place with affordable wine

Had 2 great cocktails made by Hegar during the visit. From the two, the Ban Lam Mint Mojito was a favourite. A nice twist of mojito with brown sugar addition at first got me into thinking it will overpower the other tastes but proved me wrong. It blends in perfectly with the other ingredients. Was happy to get The Grasshopper as well, which is quite difficult to get in many places. The drink had a good foam consistency and a nice touch of cinnamon.

Great ambience and service. I particularly loved Mas Hegar’s old fashioned — well done.
