    Pelayanan dokter spesialis nya kurang memuaskan Setiap kontrol ke spesialis ga pernah dokter nya on time selalu telat telat 30menit masih oke lah,,, ini telat bisa 2-3jm,,, Di tulisan jam 6 sore buka, jam 8 baru datang dokternya,,, Pernah sampai jm 2 pagi gara" dokter nya telat 3jam.... Dan antrian nya bener" luar biasa ... Sampai nomer 80 ... Dokter spesialis emang sperti ini atau gimana? Atw emang ini pake bpjs jadi asal di kerjakan aja?? Tapi ini tidak dijelaskan. Sdh dikomplain via tlp juga cuma diiyakan tanpa ada perubahan di kontrol berikutnya (ya meskipun cs nya ramah). Dan untung aja bisa baca resep dokter, bisa beli sendiri obat yg KURANG tadi di apotek luar. Kalau gini terus gimana mau sembuh sih, ngga sesuai terus sama resepnya. Sebenernya kesini juga krn dokter yg diinginkan ada praktek di RS ini, kalau engga sih kyknya ngga akan kesini. Semoga cepet sembuh aja biar ngga balik kesini hufff sedih.
