Very disappointed, Previously I rated Crawdaddy's a 5 Star for their food and ambiance but I must change that after my last visit. The place still have the potential but their food was a disgrace. Twice we were served cold veggies and jacket potatoes, when it was finally warm the spinach was under cooked taste and felt like pieces of rags that you chew on and the fish they served my wife tasted old, dry and seems like it was fried several times and is from 2 days before, we left quickly after and went hom paid for every thing and complaint to the Manager. When we got home we had a look at the food in proper light and I discover even the Eisbein I ordered seems like it was from two days before there was like leaves on not sure if it was curry leaves or some sort of leave but seems old as well. The Latrape beer on tap was not available which was a firts, my first draught was a bit flat which I had to order as my first choice was not available. If I did not knew better I would have said they are Dire straights. I shriek to think about the cleanliness of the Kitchen after this. Sorry to say what was a fine place this Grill house now is going backwards, they need to clean up the act.

Had lunch in the smoking area. It was a lovely, quiet atmosphere, the staff was super friendly and attentive and the food delicious. But the cocktails, oh boy, definitely not watered down. Luckily, it was close to home. Great visit all around.

The are excellent, the kids are well taken care of so that the parents can relax and enjoy their meal. And yes the food is too class well worth the monies.

The food was amazing! Fresh, well prepared, well presented and delicious. The Manager was also friendly and dealt with a discomfort we had promptly!

The food was great, we ordered a meat platter which was served by Thando thank you for your hospitality and the fire was keeping us warm while enjoying our meal.

They're currently running a special, kids meal and milkshake, with free sand art, entrance to fun farm for only R29. They've got combo meals for adults up to 30% off. Besides that, their food is tasty, good portions, lovely play areas for kids, great service.

A stunning venue attached to Crawdaddy was a lovely experience small and unassuming but very well mantained and so much fun to enjoy your celebration. I also did get a change to enjoy a coffee upstairs of Crawdaddy and found a really impressive Lion bust. ENjoyed myself in Sacunda.

Today was more for just the book. Everything was top class. The food, the service and the atmosphere. Once again thank you for everything. You guys are great

Amazing food, I recommend the brooklyn burger or even the sloppy joe, whatever your heart or stomach desires, service is great and the food even better and the prices are just as great, with a scenic view, and some zebras grassing close by its the perfect place to take the family, or even a loved one for a nice romantic date.

The food and prices are amazing but the lady waitresses don’t have any customer care at all, they are not the slightest bit friendly and almost want to be begged for basic things like bring salt with food

Great Staff and great food,one of must go to resturants when I'm visiting South Africa!! there is an amazing Kids play area both inside and outside...so super convineant if you have kids aswell as they will be entertained !

I do not believe I only saw this place this year after full 3 years in secunda. Thanks to colleagues.

They forgot our kiddies meal and had to remind them we never got it and only recieved it 10-15 minutes later, one of the dishes they forgot the sour cream, waited another 15 mintes for that and then after that waited for one of the extra sauces we irdered with our original order. Had a sirloin steak and ordered it rare only to recieve it medium to medium well and the steak was super tough and was almost 50% tendom which was super distasteful. Would think twice before I support them again.

Ordered baby kingklip which came dry and hard. Ordered garlic butter sauce but first received leon butter sauce with garlic in and then only plain garlic. Decided on grilled hake which had no taste at all. Bland and tasteless. What a waste of money

Sunday evening I decided to take my family for dinner as we entered there was no service at the door for sanitation as there usually is. No waiter to assist us to a table we chose our own table. As we got seated we placed our order, next moment there was another waiter she did not even introduce herself as our waiter we had to ask. After placing our order for the second time and double checking on our order with the waiter, she served us with the incorrect milkshake size. After that has been sorted she didn't take the wine glasses from the table I had to ask my children to remove it. We ordered ribs the bone bucket we had to collect ourselves as well as the sauces. We asked the first waiter not to allow the lady to assist us furthermore which landed on deaf ears. We spent nearly R900 on the evening that felt wasted because of very poor service. The food tasted good though.

Had a lovely celebratory meal there. Friendly staff all round. Only slight negative is the music is rather loud for meaniningful conversation. Will definitely recommend it.

Always a treat dining at Crawdaddys. The only complaint is the kiddies indoor area needs attention. Often things aren't working. And surely I am not alone in making a statement that "why does every activity for kids have to be charged for?" That's the reason for my 3 stars on service and atmosphere.

Had lunch today. Chips was blunt and foul tasting. Waitress constantly touches her nose. Cuppacino had absolutely no foam. It was white coffee. Was there a year ago and was really disappointwd today

Never again. Because we are smoking must go upstairs. Tv load. Rugby. Not everyone wants to listen to load tv and screaming. There was a smoking area downstairs but not anymore. Won't see me again. Waited for order nearly 20 min. Went home.

I came here for breakfast. The water that was supposed to be hot for tea it was cold, I had to ask for hot water. I therefore ordered omelet gues what it was burned you would tell by the look that eggd were burned however they felt that it was good quality to be served to their guest. Im very dissapointed

Amazing food! Shared a starter of Craw Chows and 1kg spare ribs with my husband which we could barely finish. The meat was soft and juicy, came right off the bones. Highly recommend this place for families with children as there is an indoor and outdoor play area to keep the kids entertained.

Worth spending money on a great dinner, not only was the food brilliant the atmosphere was nice, friendly waiter thats all a good restaurant needs, its a nice place to take a family out for a nice relaxing evening. Thanx for everything nice about the place and the ppl.

Portions are big and the prices are fare, for some reason I mostly end up with the ribs witch I can highly recommend.

The aesthetics are unlike any other with great service however l personally didn't find it that enticing for a pub. Overall it's a great place for a dining experience.

During Lockdown, the delivery order was poor, they got the side dishes incorrect, and the ribs and esbein was dry
