When it is busy there are only one counter open you wait a long time to do cash ins. The floor (smoking area ) have one great guy George who always makes you feel welcome . We love George !

This is particularly to the restaurant inside on the bottom floor, I ordered a salad as an appetizer and it was horrible 🤮 no effort what so ever to make it tasteful, the ingredients were typical, 95% improperly cut lettuce (cheapest grade). It was full of water and only one dressing of which is measured for you. That restaurant should not be in that beautiful space it downgrades the experience immensely. I ended up leaving without continuing to order anything else. The worst salad I have ever had.

Lovely hotel, beautiful manicured garden and fresh landscaping. Clean gold course, rooms are clean. They could do better by fixing lampshades in their rooms though, but overall it's a good hotel. Very quiet hotel floor.

From the last time I was here, I have to say that it has deteriorated. I visited the casino, so many machines were not working, and there are so many loiterers in the casino. Did not feel comfortable, not an enjoyable visit. R29 for a small can of Coke, then waited nearly 20 minutes for it. Will not be rushing to visit again.

Made a turn there to see if there would be anything of interest that caught my attention. Everything was neat and tidy. The staff where friendly and helpfull. But there was something lacking for me personally. Just can't put my finger on it though

The hotel is okay considering it's a 3-star hotel. They need to improve on cleanliness though. I had a room that had a balcony and the balcony floor was never swept. It was very dirty with bird droppings and cigarette buds that were there even before I arrived. There are also cockroaches in the rooms. Some pest control is needed. The hotel also misplaced my laundry for a while, but they soon found it. Overall it's an okay place. The location is convenient.

Dinner food menu is not appetizing, there's room for improvement. It's too limited! However only buffet on limited days is good.

I love staying here, it's so peaceful and I really enjoyed my stay. Staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast is divine....

The staff was friendly but I was not horrified that they charge R150 for room service. All I wanted was a bowl of soup and at R80 it would have cost me R230. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and never had this before. Also it fascinates me how hotels which are 4 stars don’t have usb plugs in the rooms. The hot water in the shower also cycled between hot and cold. Breakfast was really nice on the positive side.

Everything was wonderful except the food preparation for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was fine. The staff very friendly. It was the food - my goodness. The beef was cooked so tough it could have easily been used for shoe leather. Two days the pork bangers were almost raw until I spoke with Phillip. The next day they were cooked better. Many times the chips were soggy and undercooked. Being so far away from other things meant I was stuck many times with hotel food. If you fixed the cooking issue I would be even more eager to return.

Got great Service from this beautiful Lady called PHUMIE at the reception. I just liked her politeness ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. So nice to have such people like her.

Kidies place was a disaster!!! Only two rides for small kids! Arcade games doesn't work! No chalk for the chalk bord, no ball in the soccer table... This will be the last time Graceland will see our family... It used to be fun to come as a family, but not anymore..

I wasn't in any of the rooms. I was performing a photoshoot there. It was nearly impossible to obtain information until I got hold of a manager. The staff was friendly, though. It's far from the bustling social hotspot that I frequented in my youth, but it's not terrible. It's still quite nice inside.

Aesthetically this Hotel has deteriorated exceptionally fast and Maintenance almost seems non existent. Limited amount of slots and tables were available during my visit to the Casino. The layout of the tables are not great in order to maximise the amount of people to place a bet/or view the table(roulette). Struggled to get a drink and if you are a vistor from another country remember to take your passport with you as their slots run on a card sytem and they require your passport details.

4 star Hotel at it's best. The rooms are spacious. Some overlook the Golf Course. Very clean and professional service. A great property.

Visited for the first time.. Very interesting place but service is a bit poor not much restaurants please introduce some other restaurants.. Please introduce some auto roulette table... Good selection of classic machines loved it... Next time will stay over in hotel.

Hey! Everything would’ve been at a five-star level, if it wasn’t for the fact that I’ve waited for over an hour for a successful check-in 2 visits in a row. It couldn’t have only been me, due to the fact that during both my visits, other people also seemed to have the same bad experience - all seemed to have battled with Peermont’s check-in process: because one has to have a check-in voucher, which is supposed to be emailed to you, but all you get is a voucher that entitles you to a free room upgrade, which never happened. The check-in voucher never came through, but I was finally allowed to have a room key-card after 1h20min… no excuses, no apologies made… I was made to feel as if the delay was my fault.

Loved it. Beautiful casino and not so overcrowded. Service is excellent.

Best casino I have experienced thus far, the place has an old kind of theme but it works very well for the experience. There is a night club as well that is the best in South Africa with one of the best DJ's in the country DJ Darby! A must experience place to be. If you haven't already done so make your way to Graceland Hotel and Casino. The best of the best!

Definitely need more bar tenders at Moo Bar, cannot wait for beverages over an hour and needs to be stocked with more variety.

It's a very small entertainment casino with slot machines, including the video slots and as well the adventurous tables such as black jack, poker and the most famous roulette!

Restaurant was Awful, food was awful, staff act as though they doing you a favour. Won't go back. First time and last time. Casino is great, staff in casino are terrific.

I think there should be someone on standby at the winner circle desk,I came to the casino at 6am and was told that my cards were expired, when I wanted to replace them I was told to wait until 8am before I could be assisted because they only start at 8am

Everything was perfect.food was wow 👌 .my room was v v nice. Can I just emphasize they add sanitizers along those dishes with food because everyone is touching

Attended a meeting and it was a very nice venue to work, stay and play in for those who want to play slots, golf or just a meeting with friends.

It was nice. Went for a Sunday lunch buffet. Maybe it's covid, maybe I just remembered it differently from the last time I had been there, but it is not what it used to be. It was good, dont get me wrong, but what I remember as thee fine dining place locally, is just an ordinary good buffet restaurant with ordinary good service. I was still good, but nothing I would "check in" at Facebook for.

I stayed at Graceland many times over many years. This week was my worst ever. The rooms are neat. Thanks. However, there is no proper food! Blue Bayou Restaurant, that used to be a nice place, only serves breakfast. But even the breakfast is a disaster. Food is not fresh and not up to standard. If you want dinner you have to go to Madison's. Slow cooked lamb shank was terrible and not soft at all. Fish was hard, tasteless and over cooked. Next evening salad was really old. Roast was totally overcooked, hard and dried out. At the end I drove to the mall to find something to eat. Maybe Graceland need some time to fix their issues. Hope they will bounce back to pre-Covid standards soon.

I'd go again and again. You just don't see the time when you are there, until your body complains. Their food is also perfect!

The food at Madison restaurant was totally bad.. we waited an hour for the food to arrive and when it did the was was not up to standard.. I orded medium rear steak only to be well done, spaghetti was not well cooked and the slow braised oxtail had no taste whatsoever... I will never eat there again

Show was awesome. However being a frequent patron....I was shocked outta my socks at their prices which have escalated enormously. Given the current situation I can understand but I honestly think the rates on accommodation to drinks and food have become totally unrealistic it's quite disappointing

Was not happy at all about the carpet the dust if it was not for aircons that helped us to sleep at least,, it will be nice if they can clean the conference room the carpet it's old n not smelling good at all.. Other wise the breakfast was good.
