We received really bad rental service from Linda vd Berg from Kellaprince. We couldn't connect the washing machine to the water inlet because of a badly rusted pipe. The bathroom basin taps were leaking and the basin plug is faulty and leaking water. We phoned her and she promised to sent a plumber, which she did not. When we contacted her again, she said that she requires an email with photos to proof that we really have a problem. My advice is, don't make use of the services of this company. They will go out of their way not to help you. Many people are complaining about them.

I had an experience with Kellaprince over 1 year ago and I am still traumatized by the service i received. I rented a property through them from Ms Wessels but upon arrival, I was shocked by the condition of the place. It was filthy, with mold on the walls and in the shower, broken cupboard doors, dirty floors, and a severe roach infestation. It was far from the livable condition I expected. The most frustrating part of this ordeal was the lack of responsiveness from the agent. When I tried to contact her about these issues, she seemed to vanish into thin air, which left me feeling stranded and helpless. After much back and forth I was able to get my deposit back. Overall it was a terrible experience and would warn anyone who wants to rent from them, do not be deceived by their professional branding, they are unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I will never recommend Kellarprice agency to anyone the level of arrogance and also how they are so unprofessional, at some point I even thought maybe they have bad attitude towards black people. I was late with rent just only for 3 days whereas I made prior arrangements that I will be late with 3 days a lady called Merlene involved attorneys to send letter of demand on a very same date I committed to pay and of which I did. I told them that I am not going to pay those attorneys, last month I was told to pay 700 to those attorneys a week later it was now R1800 today I am being told about R2200!!! Very useless agency to be associated with a nightmare of note!! I rate this agency -

Its a pitty there is no minus stars, watch out for kellaprince. They care nothing but nothing for renters. All they care about is the monies they get. I lost my deposit because of they're incompetent way of work. R7200 gone just like that. They take no responsibility nor credit qhen paying rent into kellaprince acc. Watch out is all im saying.

I have never received such terrible service in my life. I made moving arrangements well in advance. When I came to occupy the unit, even the bare minimum was not attended to. Things such as making sure there are light bulbs that work. I know it is not possible to pick up all defects after a tenant leaves but things such as lights and making sure toilets flush should be sorted before the next tenant occupies a unit. I am very disappointed, especially because I paid everything well in advance.

I regret the day I went to rent a property from this people. Iam warning you...you will cry especially when it's time for you to get your deposit back they will scam you all your money and they never deliver service.

We moved to Nelspruit and got a house through the agency, when arriving there was no electricity, the agent forgot to switch of the mains and the units ran out. The meter was faulty and only the next day after losing a couple of items that were in the fridge that couldn’t be turned we got the meter working the next day. The house and yard was left in a mess. We contacted them and the excuse was the storms but clearly they did not do a inspection after the previous tenants left, ourselves and the owner had to clean the yard by paying people. We are in the house for three weeks and the water has been disconnected because of an account in arrears that the owner didn’t know about. We were told the same day it is sorted and we will be reconnected later in the afternoon, nothing happened, no response from the agents. Phoned the manager to be told: “Are you bored” “phone me in office hours” after they didn’t manage the accounts and property correctly. You guys have so many bad reviews but clearly service isn’t a priority.
