Receptionist was absolutely rude and sarcastic when I asked if there was a gynae. Then I wanted to let her know what service I need or rather what problem I have to see if that's something they help with, she screamed at me to Google for a gynae because they don't have one. I was willing to anyone, even if it's not a gynae! She was incredibly rude and it's outrageous considering that she cut me off and didn't let me finish. I cannot explain for upset I am!

Humanity, expertise, care, information, support for and education are core values here. Each member of staff treats you like an individual being. This is the only place I would recommend in JHB North. All places offering this kind of female care need to take notes about basic medical care (looking at you, Marie Stopes!). Hats off to this team! May you empower and help women for ages to come.

Very helpful and supportive clinic and staff. Went to have the copper T inserted, they fully explained the process to me and even allowed me time to lay in their recovery room after i passed out abit from shock, offered me water and tea and even gave me a muffin to eat. Would definitely recommend them

Dr Elna Mclntosh is one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered, very kind and caring. Makes the whole experience comfortable and she’s willing to answer all questions. Mary is also welcoming and i definitely recommend their services.

A safe space for anyone needing advice on all things related to sexual and reproductive health. Excellent, professional service and counseling. Dr Elna, Mary and her team have so much time to help and guide you. They really care and just want what is best for you. Incredible. Could not recommend more.

I’ve never met a Doctor as caring and humble as DR Elna McIntosh. She’s very professional but at the same time she’s not too serious. She provides such a safe and comfortable space for her patients. Even though I stay very far from the place the distance is worth it because of excellent the service they provide. To Mary , Dr Elna and Dr Mofokeng, keep it up!!

Place in accessible location in Bryanston. Went in for family planning services (3 month contraception shot). Great, friendly service from reception, Dr and nurses. Clinic is clean. No queue when I went - was in there 15min max. Affordable rates (I paid R60 for depo-provera vs the R95 they charge at Clicks). If you are going for the first time, I think consult + shot is R110. You can call to find out. Skip the public clinic if you need their listed services and just go there. I'll definitely be using them from now on.

One of the best clinics ever …I felt like I was home …everyone is kind and they make sure you are comfortable all the time …highly recommended best service ever
