I moved in begining of August, very loud place, people drinking making noise until early hours of the morning, ud hardly ever get a goodnight sleep. Noise from the building construction as well. I have sent countless emails for maintenance to my flat, called the office but none of my requetsts are attended to. I dont think its a nice place especially if u want peace, students would love it but working professionals i doubt. Im also looking for alternative accommodation now .

Absolutely DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT even consider staying at this place unless you have a burning desire to live in an utterly unfinished apartment with ZERO electricity. Poor management!!!

I recently moved in and so far I’m happy with everything and the place is very convenient for me since it’s 10 minutes away from my work place and I have my own space. Even better cause I able to walk to work in the hectic time of the month 😀 and it’s closer to the shopping centre as well ✨✨ I’m happy with it

its an amazing place, I love the reception, that only gives you a warm welcome to the building, and the fact that the offices are also there at the building, if you have questions you can go there to be assisted. the lift areas has couches at every floor, and also the whole building is surrounded by cctv, it has access control to the building and also to parking, that guarantee you safety.

The reception from Jonathan and Bonga was so excellent after hearing that my nephew had to resume new job and no place to stay. They worked so fast that same day we had a room and application approved also. The room is so fresh and clean, securities gives attention and direction alway.

I have just moved in and I like the energy and the uplifting affirmation, the service projected as to the kindness of the administration.i really feel at home

They have good facilities that can sustain one during the duration of the stay
