What an experience...the hike delivered more than expected! Awesome views!! The waterfall was amazing! Don't be fooled by the moderate rating, this hike had a few technical areas which require skill to manouvre. The climb back up, besides being steep, was certainly more challenging due to the rain and muddy terain. But overall, well worth a second visit. The owner is very friendly and welcoming and the accomodation, in comparison to the standard hikers hut was luxury, lol. Please use the services of Amos, the local guide!

Excellent visit to Bermanzi, we enjoy our stay and the hiking trails. The trail was challenging and enjoyed every moment of it, a lot of surprises on the trails. The trail on Bermanzi form part of the Num-Num trail. Thank you to the owner, for let us feeling welcome on the farm and then tell us the history of the farm. The history is amazing, It is wonderful to go back in history and see it during the hike as well. Thank you for keeping the trails safe, open and clean. The accomodation is good, fully equipped and sleeping 10 people with 3 bathrooms and a wonderful view. Will definitely go back.

Nice hike, took us a little under 5 hours to do it. Beautiful scenery. The waterfall was a little disappointing as there was much not water falling. It got very steep and challenging after seeing the waterfall from the bottom and it was a very hot sunny day. Overall we enjoyed it and would totally advice others to attempt it.

Absolutely stunning. Hosted and guided by the most amazing women. A weekend where we fix womens crowns, laugh until you cry and stretch your comfort zones. A beautiful hike filled with amazing views. Spectacular. Definitely a huge 10 out of 10!

The trail is technical and manageable. Lots of river crossings. The weather was pleasant and we were able to finish what we had stated. The stables accomodation was very comfortable, the good old stove in the kitchen kept us warm and we enjoyed our dinner. A suggestion to do this with a few people to maneuver the technicality. A high suspension vehicle is recommended, very rough and rocky drive into the trail and accomodation.

Amazing hiking a mere 3 hours drive from Johannesburg. Accommodations are very good as well as the slack packing service provided by Percy. Perfect for families and groups up. If you are 20 people you will have the place to yourself. Did I mention the amazing hiking??

Great hiking trail with super view of epic waterfall. Accommodation needs a face-lift. Best to book cottage for 10 people with the view and normal electricity
