We ordered 2 big Mac meals from you and got food poisoning.....i use to love McDonald's, would always buy the big Mac meal and large choc shake, but after this I will never eat food from McDonald's again. Horrible experience

Most of the people serving me are friendly.. my go to place if I am lazy to cook or make breakfast .

I placed an order on Mr D Secunda at McDonald's 2x 2 Cheeseburger meals the burgers did not have any cheese on them why did I pay for Cheeseburgers with no cheese, Me and my wife like McDonald's burgers but was very disappointed this time McDonald's ticket number:1184 MR D order number: DFD163793612 21/07!2023 Follow up on my review above. I have submitted the complaint and details on McDonald's website and all they said I must take it up with Mr delivery which I also did,Don't know why I was supposed to report it to Mr Delivery because they did not make the burgers?? You pay for food and you only get half the items on your food that is pathetic and they shift the blame to someone else, I have never such a bad service from a company.

Your service is very poor... frog on a hamburger covered in Mayonnaise. And it's the customer fault... hope the articles on News24 and Maroela Media on the Mcfrog burger incident,makes you happy and proud. It's a disgrace for a franchise of your magnitude. People should stay away...

I waited in line of collection for about 15 minutes and there were 3 cars in front of me. The que was a stand still without an explanation and the rain started pouring. The line finally moved and they handed me my order and I drove away. When I got to Graceland (about 15km from MacD) something told me to check my order, parked on the side of the road and opened my paper bag only find that my order is SHORT. I had to drive back to MacD. Get out of the car into the POURING rain. Walk to the window to tell them that my order is short. I was not pleased 😕

After seeing the post on FB of a frog found on a hamburger and reported on Maroela media ,I would not buy anything from McDonalds.

Staff is friendly and polite but there is always something that's on the menu that is simply not available that day.

Person on Drive-Thru cannot comprehend the orders. After using alternative language (Zulu) to ask for extra sauce inside the burgers...yet could not be done. As for 2 sets of chicken tenders only got 2 pieces (1set). Adding 7 sauces on the side. Without the food to dip in them! Buying this should make life easier. Patience and due diligence would be advised.

I cannot drive past McDonalds when I'm om my way home from town - we love McFlurry's & a young lady helped me to do the purchase on the computerized app so I was in & out.

The counter attendants are lacking retentiveness. I never seem to get the correct sauce for my nuggets or any sauce for that matter. It’s repetitive behaviour at Mcdondals Secunda. Despite asking to remove certain items due to dislikes or allergies, it’s always incorrect.

Note that this is no longer a McDonald's. It is now a branch of PNA. They have a great range of arts and crafts materials and very friendly and helpful staff. A great atmosphere prevails and we especially enjoyed the Gospel music softly playing in the background. They also have a great range of Christian literature and a well-stocked stationary section. Well done to the management and staff, keep up what you're doing. Ps. You need to stock up on white and titanium white acrylic paint.

The service is efficient. Loved the food. The staff was all nice. Even through high flow of customers they assisted both the dining and drive-thru individuals. Oh it's also clean they kept wiping the surfaces regularly. Great improvement from the other years.

Went there for a quick breakfast with the kids, the staff was friendly, there is self-service ordering and payment methods. There is assistance when you need it and you don't have to wait too long for your order.

The prices are higher on the slip than what is advertised. Like much higher and then the burgers and wraps gets smaller for way more money. Disappointing. Change your prices then on the advertisment boards that its not deceiving.

The intercom/speaker where you order are really hard to hear the employee I couldn't hear anything she said. The if you order cones, can't they just make it a bit more convenient and offer a cup to put them in, I can't drive with ice creams in my hand it's unsafe and didn't have any space to put it, and the employee said bluntly "buy an empty cup to put it in"? Why should I buy it?

Today, I was totally disappointed in the service. My order & many others stood for more than 10min without cooldrinks and with no one attending to it. On top of that my burger had no garnish on it.

Being robbed at drive through by cashier She charged me different amount, she added mo money & realised when I’m home. Please confirm amount before you become victim like me

Disappointing that in 2022 the place still doesnt have plugs, i had brunch and business meeting there we had go change venue since we couldnt plug our laptops

My orange juice was diluted with water, it was disgusting, I had to throw it away. If you are short on drinks I believe it is better to tell your customers than to serve them nonsense and basically robbing them. What an awful experience, I'm definitely cutting McDonald's off.

Not very clean tables dirty. Staff communicate by shouting to each other. My son found hair in his burger. My coffee had some weird black stuff that was not like anything you could find in coffee. Takes forever to get a donut although all they do is just serve it there's no warming up of the donut it's already there are not very fresh either. Would not recommend

Service was extremely poor. Tried the whole to communicate my experience to the manager. Could not go through. Their land line was just ringing no one picked up.

Great value for money. Friendly staff with a smile. They could teach Pretoria McDonald's a thing or too about not being stingy with the fries.

I bought 5 McChicken meals, 1 Cajun mean, 2 cheese burger meal and folder tonight 24 Dec 23 at about 19:45. Myself and my son immediately got Diarrhoea after eating the McChicken and Cajun? Anybody else experiencing the same today? I would think twice before buying food at Mcdonalds. Hope the symptoms go away quickly.
