Nando's Chicken is the best. Family enjoyed Nando's on a Christmas day. Keep up the good work. To the staff who keep doing good and left their families to serve us. Keep up the good work. Nando's Secunda is the best.

After ordering chicken livers. A big size. I ordered take outs. Driving there to pick it up and coming home again. Coming home and finding (seeing inside)that the chicken liver is not even half way. It looks more like a small. Remind you that this cost R65 for a big box, a small is R45 Driving all the way back to Namdo's. Asking to speak to the manager ( her name Suzen Sigudla). Asking her to give me a small box, taking the big box of liver all that was in there and putting it into the small box. Everything fit just right. I kept asking her if she would be happy with this. She was coming up with all kinds of excuses why it's like that. I ask her yes or no. She could not give me a yes or no answer at first. I could see in her face she would not be happy but thinking of a way to come up with more excuses. After asking her 4x if she would be happy with this, she said yes. I just gave her a look and we both know she would not be happy. She would not give me more. I told her that I would find the CEO of Namdo's on LinkedIn on Monday! Please explain to me how a big box of liver R65 can all fit into a small box R45. I'm really upset with this!

While I enjoy Nandos, the service is getting worse and worse. The staff are dismissive and arrogant. And the service gets worse and worse. It's like favorites are played. Where people who order after you get their orders before you. Happened too many times before. Also the pride Nandos once had in their food seems to be dwindling. Not sure if this is a franchise thing or a branch thing. But this is unfortunately the case here.

I ordered a meal at Nandos Secunda today and asked the price of a juice or cold drink and the cashier wasn't friendly at all, not interested in assisting me. She didn't even ask me if its a sit down or take away order. She just assumed without even asking me. I asked another lady who was giving out orders if its possible my order can be a sit down and she said its possible. I went to sit waiting for my food, my food came and it was missing my cold drink. I went back to the cashier that I ordered my meal with and asked her about my drink and she was like I gave you but she didn't even give me my drink. She then asked for my slip and I gave her that's when she gave me my drink. She didn't believe what I was telling her about my drink. She clearly didn't want to help me and didn't bother at all. This is not acceptable!!

Food is great, service is good best when ordering online tho due to wait time.

Chicken strips in the bougee bowl are always dry and chewy. The rest of the bougee bowl is delicious though.

Today I ordered Boujee bowl mild and quarter chicken mild but the bowl came extra hot, the other day a month back we ordered quarter chicken with salad as a side but to get to home and realize the salad was not there. Service is not good at all.

I asked someone to go buy for me from nandos to try their churros and chocolate sauce and suprising was very good, but disappointed on the 1/4 chicken and chips i ordered it looked smaller compared to last year, overall 9/10, I just wish to get the churros again for mahala

I ordered a half chicken and chips, then asked the lady more or less how long it would take because I wanted to go somewhere while waiting. She said 8 minutes, so I decided to wait. I sat down, and the waiting started. A drunk man came in from outside, went to the bathroom, came out and then harassed me. He then went over to the cashier and harassed her also. No one did anything to help either of us. Almost 40 minutes of waiting the order was ready. Disappointed.

Service was a little slow, cashier didn't seem to know how the system worked. Seriously overpriced for the anorexic chicken you get. HOWEVER it was delicious!

I enjoyed the experience. Great environment. Salad was very tasty. Used to eating chicken with chips. Decided to try the salad and no regrets. Chicken still on point.

The lack of customer respect at this store is appauling. I order a lemon and herb chicken on mr D and get a mozambiquen paprika! That time the kids are hungry and cant eat this spicy chicken and the store does not even answer their phone. This is very typical of Nandos on month end days, they make a lot of mistakes and ignore phones calls!

We have just ordered a meal from Secunda Nando's 🤢 the worst ever. I'm going to be throwing it away. I have always enjoyed meals from Nando's but tonights is just terrible!

Nice food. Make sure that you call in and order before coming to the store. The que can take a while. But all good places do. Taste and flavor is always good.

It was ohk yet upgrades on service is needed. If 1 buys hot meal surely should get hot source not mild and for food to come at once not meat after 5/6mins then only comes buns and chips with salad without dressing which we had to ask from the adjecent table. Thats ruin my appetite.

There was some frustration with the temperature scanning. We were waiting out in the blazing sun, so ofcourse we were hot when they scanned us. Once inside the service was decent.

The chips was not prepared well. The chicken tasted soapy and they gave us 1 sachet of tomato sauce and 1 nando's sauce to share between 3 people

Staff was friendly but we had to ask for everything we needed once we got to the table and we're just use to having people come ask if we need anything else...it's the little things.

Very poor service. Ordered food on Mr D, waited an hour for our food and the incorrect food was delivered. Phoned Nando's and they do not know how to fix their mistake.
