Myself, my husband, my father and his wife got a loose stomach after eating there on Sunday. The food came after a long while, and by the time we got our food it was ice cold not even to mention how tasteless it was. Never again, it really just ain't worth the money. The waiter was very nice though.

I was not impressed with the service. The waitron was obviously under a lot of pressure and was very unfriendly. However we were there the day before and her attitude was the same. We did not eat as we only had time for a coffee and a tea. The coffee was of the usual M&B high standard. As regards the tea I would suggest that 1 bag is sufficient in that size of teapot which provides 2 cups. There was a manager(owner?) present but she did not supervise or encourage the waitron to be friendlier!

Best omlet I have had hands down. Great waiters. 10/10 would come again.

Well I've been to most Mugg & Bean in almost every town I got to. The food was okay but my tea water was cold. The good service made up for it though.

I used to give it a 5 star rating, but since it came under new management I am not impressed. Often times out of savoury muffins (which used to be readily available) ... to name but one change.

Just after the mall opened years ago I went to this Mugg &Bean and everyone was talking about. It wasn't busy and it was just after opening. We where seated and there we waited for about 20min no waiter. I called a waiter and he said its not his table he wil send our waiter. After 45min we left and I have not returned since.

New winter menu without a few favourites. Plates should be warmed up in this weather, otherwise the food wil go cold very quickly

I don't usually go for Mugg and Bean but I needed someplace to work and this opens first in the mall (7:30 am) and the waiter I had took care of me for several hours and I only spent under R100 for something to eat and some bottomless tea. The service was quick, professional and friendly. The food was delicious, accept my husband complained about the chicken being hot outside and cold inside. But it was nice being there.

The food was good but we had the servers shouting over us to the kitchen and very noisy couldn't speak to each other we also waited very long after ordering

Probably the worst meal I've ever had.I ordered a pot chicken & mushroom pie with chips.The chips were soggy and old,the chicken in the chicken pie was so hard and overcooked I couldn't swallow it.The crust of the pie was still raw.I will never put my foot in Sucunda Mug & Bean again.

A good place to wait for the banks to open. The cheesecake is very delicious.

Friendly and good service with good food and correct bills. Wifi is good, can do all your emails here and enjoy the food for the whole family.

Always get great service and great food... Oh and the coffee is definitely worth a taste. Love their iced coffees.

Slightly doubted what they served (**we thought they only served desserts and coffee, etc) because of all the poster. So we asked the lady that then served us, Silvia. She was so friendly and talkative, honestly I'd go there again because of her. They don't only serve what we initially thought they did but they do serve meat for meat lovers in case you wonder. Everything is garnished. Anyways it's affordable too. Great place food anytime of the day. Oh and they served us within 10 minutes.
