Amazing food and friendly staff...

Ordered these 2 delicious meals i ate with my eyes and trust me i was full already. The service was great our waiter Simphiwe was always attentive and taking good care of us. We had Jan who is the manager he came asked how everything is and was very proffesional, YES i do recommend this restaurant.

I had an issue with a dessert and the owner Marthelene assisted with a replacement swiftly. That is very good customer service. The food is also generally great, especially the wood fire pizzas.

Always good quality food and service, although some of the portions could do with "some extra". i.e. the "starters" are seen by many as an alternative to a "light meal". Thus... How about adding a portion of chips, sweet potato chips or tomato salad to it? And a "bottomless" cooldrink/juice like Mugg & Bean offers would be great too 😉 Most people won't get further than a third glass with your delicious food, so you'll still make a profit 🌟

Burger pattie not cooked through and salad dressing had a light taste of stale fish oil. Waitrees was great, smiling, friendly and helpful. Cheff's (white) behaviour bad. Distracting front cheff and leaning and breating and touching food front cheff was busy with. Maybe we were just unlucky, but we wont be going there again.

It's a cool cosy place. I guess my mom enjoyed herself. Hence it was mother son dinning. Food was great but atmosphere a bit down. I will recommend this place to anyone.

Always a pleasure to visit Cappuccino Secunda. Atmosphere is relaxed and chilled. Food is good. The Pina Collada is refreshing. Go see for yourself....

Food and drinks are delicious! I really enjoyed my time here everytime I visit Secunda, however the last few visits were a bit disappointing. After being greeted very coldly at the door and reluctantly showed to a seat, I had to wait quite a bit to place a order for a cappuccino. The excuse was they were understaffed, but the social groups at the entrance begged to differ. It has been 30 minutes before somebody came to ask for my order. I really hope it is this miserable weather that causes this out-of-the-ordinary service of Cappuccinos, as I do enjoy coming here for a business lunch.

It was my first time at Cappuccinos since the revamp of the interior. It is beautiful. Service was ok. Our waiter did struggle to understand us, and I believe a language barrier between Afrikaans and English. ;-) but nothing we can't overcome. The atmosphere was great. I'd suggest that the aircon system be utilized and maybe the music a little bit softer. I do understand the reasoning behind having music, but I did struggle to hear my mother sitting across from me as well as the difficulty with the waiter not hearing the difference between Creamsoda Float (which I asked) and the removing the ICE when I asked where is the ICE-CREAM...it would help. 😀 The Cappuccinos is always to die for good! Other than that, always a pleasent experience at Cappuccinos. Next time I will definitely order one of the freshly baked items!

Waiters here have tendency to forget patrons and chat by entrance, so please keep an eye on that, not all patrons have more time in their hands. But food here is outstanding and we'll seasoned

The food was delicious, the place is so peaceful & the service was great. If possible can they consider putting a jungle gym( play area) for the kids to play not to get bored.

We eat dinner on 15 Jun 23. The service of the waiter was average as he brought us the wrong wine at first. On the second attempt he brought the wrong wine again but we have decide to drink the wine. We order a starter "snails" but was not to taste row butter. When we ask for our bill we paid for wine that we didn't received. We order at first Robinson Carbernet sauvignon price R185. We have received a semi sweet red R132. We have to pay the R185 as the manager assist on that. The waiter saw the difference and he said to paid the R132 but the manager declined. The waiter said he will pay the difference but we paid the full bill with the 10% for the waiter. Lack of wine and pricing was experience. What a dissapointment

My experience at the restaurant was unpleasant on Mother's day 23'.I had taken the time to treat myself to breakfast and upon arrival I was given the couch table. With my order served,the Manager asked how long I would continue to stay because owed to the day being Mother's day,they needed the table. All notes n coins matter regardless of whether one person is being served or more but I guess that is not the case for cappuccinos Secunda,it's not the experience that matters but the Rands.

We have been waiting almost an hour for our food. Then the waiter come and tel me they struggle with the making of the stromboli. I mean... arent you a chef???? Will definitely not recommend this place for anyone...

The Senior Manager Sfiso was extremely my drink had toothpicks in it. He personally came to tell us that it’s impossible for toothpicks to be left on drinks and proceeded to accuse of adding toothpicks to their drinks. He personally asked to add this review. Why’d you delete your first response?

Had a get together with friends yesterday afternoon 02/07/2022 Our orders got mixed up and we got billed for items not available - the bil had to be redone 5 times before the correct items were listed - were told that they had a whole lemon meringue when in fact there was only one slice - got that info only at the end after the first slice was brought Waiter made fun of one of the ladies’ weight amd wasnt very helpful - food took long Definitely not coming back worst experience ever
