Their dunked wings are always dry,it’s like they are always out of sauce bought them twice in a week and all I’ve been getting is dry wings with not enough sauce!! I’m dissatisfied and disappointed

What is the point of having a 24/7 drive thru that only serves chicken after 10PM ? No buns(burgers), no twisters, no chips. Only chicken. Six pieces that you have to wait 25 minutes for.

I have never had a problem. I must say loadshedding gave the store a back hand or 2 when they could not assist with chicken. You rock.

Compared to what I am used to in Jhb. In Secunda I am experiencing bad customer service. There's too many scenarios, I have experienced and because it's the only KFC in town that's closer to my work. 1. Last time I ordered pap and they didn't have it, I asked if they can give chips to the same portion as pap. They refused. 2. Is the self service portal has extra pap with a charge of R59. 00.. I asked them about the pap not being extra as in Jhb (boskruin KFC) they give extra pap. I take it, that service should be across all KFC 🤷🏿‍♂️... 3. Self service portal doesn't print, then the teller has an attitude... I don't know why am experiencing such ludicrous service

Atmosphere is 1 star because while you busy standing in line people from out side come inside ask you for money and it happen to us twice

Drive thru, card facility not working. Waited so long in the drive thru.. Took very long per car. Nuggets were dry and cold. Dunked chicken were dry. They did an effort to still assist us with a card payment in the store. We love KFC taste. But lost money today...

It doesn't deliver I ordered online for a meal at half past 10 and still had to wait 30 minutes.

Went to the Secunda East Branch last Friday night 26 May. Ordered via the drive through. Such a well spoken lady that took the order. Really speedy service overall and even the lady that handed over the meals at the collection point was so pleasant. Really awesome and friendly customer service. Thank You!

The drive-thru service is always great. The service on the inside is not at the same level.

Excellent service, fast and accurate even when queue is long

KFC is KFC, the service is always good. If your looking for a quick delicious meal on the go it's a perfect option. If your looking for a place to site down with friends with a good atmosphere to catch up this might not me your best option.

Their services are awesome, you don't wait long for your orders and the service providers are friendly and smiling

28 April 2023: Got the wrong pieces AGAIN. Specifically asked for 2 drumsticks & 2 thighs. Got 1 drumstick, 1 thigh, one wing and one piece with only dry white meat. Disappointing. End of March 2023: It was VERY busy... We ordered specific pieces, but didn't get the right order. The cole slaw was OK, but didn't taste fresh. Kudos to the staff who held their heads at the start of a new month with all those customers! Friendly service amid all the people crowding the shop! 😃

The Service was very poor, the lady who assisted me at drive-tru was very rood and incompetent, she doesn't deserve to work with people, I feel sorry for customers who are still yet to meet that lady, her service is disgusting, I am regular customer at kfc drive dru secunda and I normally enjoy buying there but what happened on Sunday 2023-06-25 at about 21:00 was disgusting experience ever.

Went to get dinner after a long day, just to get home and AGAIN not have the full order. It's the 3rd time in less than a year. Disappointed!

I bought 12 pieces but inside was not 12 pieces it was 8 pieces and the sad part I noticed this while I'm far away.

The family meal's price stays the same though they don't have zinger wings?only after I complained they offered chips/mash & gravy not good service

Staff was friendly and helpful. Order was correct and delicious. The branch doesn’t come up on the KFC App so I couldn’t order on the app. A previous visit I ordered on the app and had to collect at a different location as the branch was not on the app.
