Truly a must for every by passer through Secunda area as well as locals, for all their takeaway needs! Large premises with more than adequate parking / waiting area for you to park, order & wait for your meal to be delivered to your vehicle. Exceptional attention to detail and outside fittings, signage, menus to recreate an atmosphere of an American Roadhouse back in the day. Besides all the draw-points to the facility and exterior appearance l, the food and service doesn’t disappoint! Excellent service, tasty food and delicious milkshakes makes this establishment stand out over and above its franchise competitors in the area. Keep up the excellent overall offering that you have been providing for decades now already, your years in business are a true testament to your service offering!

Close to USA Home Food yet still with a Unique South Africa flavoured twist to the recipes and serving of the food. Ordered Pizza Take Out - It was absolutely Amazing in taste, the filling was thick layered yet the combination complimented each other as well as the sauce and the thin crust was just perfect in texture as well as crispy. The atmosphere was up beat yet relaxing 😎 as well. The service was fast, friendly and knowledgeable about their menu and drinks. Would definitely go back again any time. Will personally revisit again, Especially for their Breakfast Burrito/Wraps and Coffee experience. You've gotta go experience it for yourself. This food is awesome had the best burgers and chips. A must try will definitely be the fully loaded chips. Suaces for the burgers were amazing, lets just say you have to have a wipe or cloth nearby. We can't wait to try the pizzas next and milkshakes. The ice cream should definitely be the best in town and no one can argue with that. Service is pretty good because everyone can watch you from the front except if you are standing behind a big vehicle but also easy to get their attention as they move around the whole time not like a normal restaurant where they seem to be hiding somewhere. Prices are pretty good and its definitely value for money. They are never empty and that should be a good indicator that fire place is worthy of a visit and you should try different foods

I used to love coming here, especially for the milkshakes, as they had the best in town. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. It is foamy and unimpressive. I even ordered the gourmet shakes to try and get the best.

Not always the fastest at coming to serve you, but the food is amazing! Decently quick service once they actually get your order. Their fries (chips) aren't very good though. They taste a little undercooked and pretty soft and soggy.

I would recommend an electronic ordering system for the waiters and numbers to correspond with the vehicles. This will take less pressure off the waiters and quicker ordering for fatwa results. The ordering system had to be restarted an made orders for in back log due to high demand of this amazing place. Please upgrade your system. The food is very tasty and would recommend this to anyone! I loved it more than KotaJo. When we are in secunda again we will definitely dine there again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Had a minor problem with our Order at PG Glass. They replaced it with a smile.. even topped it up with a Ice Cream :) Great service. Will use them again!

I order a take away breakfast this morning, food was good, coffee was fine, i got sugar with it.🙂 Just sad, no small tamato sauce, salt/pepper or vinegar for chips and eggs in bag when ordering a take away 😔

A very impressive place, beautiful and organized. The service was exceptional, food was well prepared and very delicious. There's something for everyone. Their menu is vast and caters for all. That includes children ofcourse.😊 This place is a GEM. I highly recommend.

My mom took me ror a milkshake, wow it was great, better than my previous experience....... We ordered some burgers a week ago thru Mr. D, jho my mushroom burger had card bord on. What a disgusting experience. Never again will I order food from them.

The food at Fire Place Roadhouse never disappoint whether you are buying ribs or wings or burgers or a pizza it is always scrumptious with great quality packaging and excellent service. I tried this new pizza that's a doughnut shape (forgot the exact name) but it's filling, tasty, lots of meat and cheese, way much better than the so called number 1 franchise pizza shops in the country, real value for money without having to pay for extras. Keep it up Roadhouse!

I love the vibe there especially at night... It's so beautiful and nostalgic, my family has always gone there and it brought back such great memories... I love the staff, they are always so aware!!! The food is really outstanding, truly my only advice is to keep it up... And find innovative ways to make things more fun, maybe on a Friday they could have the waiters on skates and incorporate live acts, and go to town creatively with our holidays, like on Valentines day... Hope to see it stick around in our little town...

Enjoyed the food and great friendly service. I would suggest BBQ instead of ketchup on the bacon and cheese burger though. The ketchup was slightly overwhelming

Bought some double burger with double cheese and it were delicious. On the down side the chips were ito little but still tasty.

Service was terrible, waited an hour for a chicken sandwich and chips and a bar one milkshake. The sandwich came cold and we ended up with a Ferrero milkshake. Fireplace is really losing its touch.

I went to fire place today 04/12 2022 I met the waiter by the name of Queen waiter no18. She was so nice to us .. Thankyou very much Queen. I wish I could always fget her to be our waiter always wen we come to fire place. The order was perfect and the food was nice

Really not happy with the wings😔 I ordered spicy wings and chips on the side. The wings were extremely dry, with no taste, The chips were tasting funny like burnt. I spent R230 for food I couldn't eat😰

The Monday Pizza specials is what keeps me going there,I wish to taste other meals as time goes on. Their pizzas are the best.

Food is excellent and will definitely go back to try other things on the menu. If the service will improve it will be a better place, I waited a while for someone to come and help me.

Never a time that I go here that I'm not impressed all over again. Dined inside with family for brunch before we travelled back home. Clean and toilets spotless. We were checked upmon by manageress as well as waitron staff. Food excellent, pricing good and portions enough. Thank you and see you again on our next trip through Secunda.

Delivered the wrong order, we phoned them and they first came to collect the order to see if it really was the wrong order and an hour later, just before 8pm, delivered the order again. (I hope that you compensated for the delivery driver having to drive up and down using her own car). Still the pizza was not what we asked for but we accepted it as we didn't want to wait for another hour or more. I've had problems before but this time was once too many. We used to love Fireplace and supported them any time we got take outs but last night was just the last straw for us. I hope that the owner takes a look at the management team as they are driving your business into the ground.
