    Shop opens at 09:00 not 08:00 as indicated If it network isn't off it's slow. Power outages also a big problem. 3 Days driving from Kriel to Bethal to do an business upgrade (Friday - network problems, Saturday - power outage from 09:00 - 11:00 then when the power did come on, system problems and business division not open over weekends, Hopefully today (Monday) is the day they can assist.......) Lady working there was trying her best but lack of support.

    They cant help me change to a sim only data deal. Too early for upgrade even though i am eligible online and through sms option. Need to phone customer care. 20mins later i hung up

    I'm still paying for something I haven't received since December 2017. Please do the community of Bethal a favour and close your doors. Your staff close the shop whenever they feel like it, they don't answer their phone, nor can they resolve any issues. Your HO and Customer care is as pathetic. I'm escalating the matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman.

    I've applied for a new business contract at the MTN Branch in Bethal a week before Christmas 2017, it's now 13 Jan 2018 and only half of the package has arrived. Every time I make an inquire I have to listen to a new excuse. Besides the fact that no one seems to care to resolve the matter at the branch you constantly have to drive to the branch since they never answer the phone or get back to you.
