The worst spot for a. KFC. The drive through is an absolute inconvenience. One would think the owner of the branch would hire someone to direct traffic. The trucks stop there illegally to buy food making it a huge nuisance for residents living close by

I ordered a kit kat sundae, which I paid for. When I went to collect my order and they didn't have KitKat sundaes. How is this possible to order something that is not in stock? Poor service!!

They most ladies there are friendly. I normally do drive thru so service there is very good.

They have working self service machine to fast track the queue however they don't have toilet to accommodate infants and the ladies toilet does not lock

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Have had to return food twice for being "old" but the ladies were helpful and replaced my order immediately. Thank you for always smiling :)

At night they offer 24 hrs drive-thru, cars waited too long for service because the lady who was in charge for taking orders was taking orders from people who skipped the line and walked to the drive-thru window instead of cars that were in the line. The lady didn't even apologize for such bad service instead she kept on making excuses for those people.

Rounders regularly have hardly any mayonnaise on them. Service is reasonable. Tidiness and cleanliness around the outside of the store is sub-standard. There are always beggars menacing customers at the entrance.
