Had a great service at Legae from maternity ward. The nurses, the Doctor who assisted me and other staff there were friendly at all times and helpful without fail, generally all the staff members I came across who assisted from casualty, physio therapy and x-rays were also very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay ❤️

I was admitted to Mediclinic Legae 22 June due to Pnemonia as a result of covid, all hospitals in Centurion were full the Legae was the only place to take me in. The service from the Drs, nursing staff, caterers, physio was exceptional. You were all so loving, caring, compasionate, friendly and I thank you. Because of your care and treatment I am able to say I survived.

This is the worst private hospital I’ve been to,I still remember when the lady who I was sharing a room with almost gave birth in front of me…because she was told she’s making noise when she asked for urgent assistance. I still remember the nurse who was in charge that night.

Although I was a little skeptical after reading previous reviews I was pleasantly surprised when me and my son was admitted to the pediatric ward at Legae . My stay at the hospital was very pleasant and comfortable with my son, the nurses and the doctor were very helpful and insightful with any questions I had. I would really recommend this hospital to anyone in the Soshanguve and Mabopane vicinity

Excellent service Keep up the good work, being friendly and attentive to your patients. My son was very comfortable at pediatrician ward you could tell that he was treated well and felt at home. From security, cleaners, reception, nurses and doctors you get the same respectful and friendly treatment.

Dr Lindelwa Madikiza, treated my mother terribly without getting her facts right. She said my mother comes to the emergency room for treatment knowing that her medical aid is exhausted. Where should my mother go? She said my mother had not paid her previous outstanding amount but is able to come through while she had paid the outstanding amount and sent through the proof of payment. She even threatened my mother that she will hand her over. My mother even called the doctor's assistant to reaffirm that the payment was made. This still gives no right to the doctor to treat patients this poorly and leaving them in a worse of situation emotionally - she was very devastated. Doctors like Dr Lindelwa Madikiza are bringing the hospital to disrepute.

So today 20/12/2020 I took my mom to the ER , upon our arrival there the lady who screens patients just didn't act like she cared. She took her time to go in out of the hospital as if she's confused. Then 20min later a woman not sure if she's a nurse came out and called my mom's name, instead of attending to my mother, she started chatting and laughing with the other patient who came after us. Mind you my mother was feeling very dizzy . The nurse told my mom to follow without trying to balance so she won't fall. The told me to go sit under the camp tent😔. I'm so dissatisfied

This is the second time we had to wait to be serviced at casualty, last time we waited more than an hour and today since we arrived at emergency at 10H55 PM , its 11H51 PM and still waiting to be helped and the ckeck is saying nothing.

Worst service from any hospital in South Africa. My mother went in to get her lungs checked and to receive medication so she could Quarantine back home. But all that happened, she was directed in by the guy outside and got a seat. And that's it, she called in before coming but no one helped for 4hours. You expect this horrible service from public hospitals but that was absolutely the worst service in South Africa. Bar none. I'm infuriated on how they don't give a damn about anything in Legae.

Still here and I am enjoying my stay, the staff is friendly from day to night shift and they take time to listen to u its like they understand how lonely it gets when u are alone. They also pay attention to ur allergies unlike the one in Soshanguve, horrible experience with a Dr and a maxalon iv drop 😏

The service at the Legae baby clinic is disgusting. The nurse is rude. She is never on time. The clinic is supposed to open at 08:00 and she only decided to rock up after 08:30.

A big thank you to the nursing staff in the Paeds ward, they made our 5 days stay bearable.I was stressed because of my baby's condition but their friendliness and always willing to listen helped me to stay calm and hopeful, Welhemina, Seipati, Christina, Mmule, Cate, aus Maria, Lindi and the pregnant sister forgot her name Thank you and God bless you.
