Absolutely awful experience. Had to wait 2 hours at gold reef city only to be told to come back the following day. I’m unimpressed with the type of service I was rendered.

I recently used Capital air for a tour of Johannesburg. They are absolutely amazing. From the beginning Mandy assisted with quotes to suit my budget, assured me of the protocols and safety and accommodated small requests to make the experience extra special. She was just amazing. The pilot Stefan was fabulous as well, he took particular care of the nervous one (me), ensuring we had a smooth and enjoyable ride. Everything was amazing to the last details. Overall friendly, welcoming, efficient and wonderful experience.

I promised my son a helicopter ride for his birthday last week. We get to Gold Reef city and the gentleman informs me that they only take cash, yet the website indicates clearly that there are card facilities available. I needed to leave the site to get to an ATM to pay in cash. Surely in todays world where even micro enterprises have card machines one would expect that an aviation company would have a card facility. Other than that, my son thoroughly enjoyed it

The place is nice,clean and professional

This is a perfect afternoon adventure. Sit down at the local on sit airport pub resturant and watch all the aviation activities. The harvard cafe is placed along side the main runway but at a safe distance, their is a wonderful play area for the little ones to enjoy.
