Bethal mall is poorly managed. The bathroom didn't have a toilet paper. The cleaners can't managed toilet properly . There's huge Q as Young, male and female were using one toilet because the cleaners closed female and male toilets because they were cleaning.

No signs at front to say off line they dont take cards. You do all your shopping . Stand in line and then they say no cards only cash. Waste of customer time

Small yet there are lot of customers yet it's good since situated next to the taxi rank

The area around the mall consists of street vendors. Rubbish all over the place. Lots of pedestrians walking in the road. Road leading in and out is very bad. No traffic laws applied. Many taverns next to the mall, resulting in intoxicated people wandering around.

Shop is dirty and only 3 tills open when I ask a manager she said they cut the staff hours and there is nothing they can do

The Shoprite is clean and we'll organized. They had all the essentials and loads of extras. The till pay points was the problem as we had to stand in long lines for long periods as there was not enough cashiers and it was the end of the month, it was really busy. For that reason I probably won't visit the store again. But if you don't mind the wait it's a really nice supermarket to pick up the essentials.

There are never trolleys near the door and when you ask the staff for assistance in getting a trolley at the outside of the mall, which is at a total opposite entrance from the Shoprite, the staff are rude and non- caring. Most of the staff do not know how to use your ID number instead of xtra savings card. Its mostly unpleasant to shop there
