Disgusting service as usual, 67 years old left outside in freezing weather for 11/2 hours, no empathy,allowing friends in, in front of people been waiting for hours. Oh guess what get to 5th in line and power goes out for 4 hours. Shocking service, but who really cares, no one, no back up and definitely appalling conditions.

Went to renew my license in April, went in at 8h15am done and dusted at 8h45. Now everytime i go check if my card is there for collection, i need to join the que where other people just walk in and out? I really cant take of everytime. Is there a number where I can get service

Worst service, no service!!! People are totally not appreciating and doinf their jobs. Make their own hours and rules.

Stand for an hour in que and no movement, the people passing their learners stand in front of me to be helped first.

People, security is efficient & friendly. Electricity supply is a problem. The power was off for 5 hours. It does not seem that there is Next to the Traffic department there is a storage facility. There is 3 generator s standing there. The management is really not supporting the customers. The place is filthy. No garbage drums/black bags.

I came here @13h00 and nothing is happening inside We wait for no one .they push time to get to 15h00 .then close.

We stood there for more than 30 minutes with no cashiers to assist us while everything was working.

Service is terrible, security guards run the place, system offline 😂, load shedding, eye test equipment not working, only 1 computer is working eish it's bad
