I was given a gift card for $155 right before everything shut down for COVID. The gift card requested that it be used within a year, but there was no set expiration date. Considering everything that was going on, I was uncomfortable going in to get a massage. I finally contacted them today about redeeming the gift card and was told that they would not honor it since it was expired. This was a lot of money that someone paid for me, and I'm really disappointed that I cannot redeem it for services.

I travel an hour to come here and it is well worth it. The owner Christina is wonderful and yesterday I had my first massage there by another Christina, and she was amazing as well. One of the best I've ever had. She knew exactly what my body needed and was great with communicating and allowing me to voice my needs. Thank you for always being a great experience, Zilda

I visited for the first time for our anniversary with very high hopes! I booked a couples massage for our special day. Well our massage was great but I must say that the receptionist Lindsay was quite rude. We were excited to use our gift card and our first visit code on flier of 20% off. However, she informed us of different circumstances after we were done that we couldn’t because it was a discounted service. Ok... it is a discount of 1$ !!!!! Yes 1$$$!!! So I may add we would have used it for other things had we not been told on phone we could use this in combination w gift card. Not to mention we booked another massage together for two weeks later and agreed we would do this every two weeks after! So they have lost us as clients. I called and asked again and she was just as rude as when we were there. I do want to add everyone else was smiling and friendly the entire time we were there. I am sad to say as highly recommended and pleased as we were there are too many other places to go for this service to be told one thing and get another. I called today and canceled. When I told lady why she said ok! I asked for owners name and she still canceled and said she would let her know about concern. All I can say is I’ve owned a salon for 21 years and would never do this to a client much less a new one! Word of mouth is a powerful thing!

I cannot rave enough about this place! I go here for both facials and massages and both have been phenomenal. They also will do the full time. I’ve been to other places that cut your service a few minutes short and that’s never fun. Sara is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve been too. I was never a fan of deep tissue but she’s changed that! After dealing with back pain for months and seeing both my doctor and a chiropractor- I really feel that Sara’s massages are what’s helping me the most. She also does ashiatsu if you’re looking for even better pain relief. Seriously, you need to call and book her!! Both Natalie and Kim are also great if you’re looking to maintain or improve your skin!

Amazing customer service, and wonderful people! I received a mani/pedi and it was so wonderful. Christy was great in helping me decide color and design and very accommodating when I changed my mind on nail polish type. I also got a massage and express facial it was so relaxing and wonderful

I had several services over the years and have never been dissapointed. Today I booked a Swedish Message with Jake and it was terrific!! He listened and was able to get me the relief I was looking for. Very pleasant, professional and courteous. Will book him again!!

Purchased on Groupon. Massage was good. Not fancy about the place just plain nothing extra special. No wifi so couldn’t leave tip. Therapist were friendly.

I love Zilda's I've been a customer since 2009, customer service is #1 priority to them! Christina and the staff is so personable and friendly and just a lovely people! They accommodated my bridal party for a day of spa they all loved Zilda!! I love Zilda so much that ever since I moved I have to travel almost an hour for Spa day and I look forward to it! Thank you for being an Amazing place!! Recommend it 10x and more!! Oh and they remember your birthdays, anniversary how cool is that!!
